  4. Tristen responded in a timely manner. His appearance and demeanor were above reproach. He used booties when entering our home and researching our drains. He completed an in-depth inspection of our drain lines. His analysis was in writing and he shared the photos that he took of the drain system. He provided written estimate of work and costs to repair our drain leaks. Very happy with Midway Plumbing’s response and technicians.

    Dylan and Tyler quickly rerouted our waterline from underneath the concrete slab through the attic plus insulated it all within six hours. They spotlessly cleaned up behind themselves as well!     Both the crews that can by to fix my main line leak under my house, and the subsequent toilet repair, were professional, on time, called me before they came out, fixed everything I needed and hugged my dogs.     I was scheduled for Thursday morning for plumbing repair. They were ahead of schedule on Wednesday and called to see if they could come a day early. They did and worked late and fixed our issue ahead of time. Very clean, experienced, and knowledgeable. Great job!

    The worst company we have ever used. Home Warranty sent them out to fix a leaking shower. The man that came literally took our whole shower head and handle apart and said he would have to replace a valve. Came back the next without said part but said he had to go match the valve. Came back with a part. The whole assembly was taking apart and the water valve was destroyed and pieces missing. He worked for 2 1/2 hours and was on the phone with someone trying to get help to fix the shower. Finally said he couldn’t get it to stop leaking would have to let the company know. He took parts with him and we needed those parts back to show another plumber what was broken. Called Mr. Rooter and they said he was busy but would bring part back and place in mail box. I ask him if we would be better off calling our own plumber and he said he would recommend us doing that. He never returned the broken parts (that he broke) and I never heard from them until this morning and they wanted to know if we still needed our shower fixed. We had already hired our own plumbers and the shower as already fixed. Not an apology of any kind of the service we got with this company. Would not recommend anyone using them.

    I do not recommend using this company to solve any of your plumbing issues. We received such terrible customer service. Not only did they not order the correct parts to fix our water heater, but no one bothered to call and inform us. We would not have found out how behind they were on our service request if we had not reached out ourselves. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else for your services. I promise it’s worth it to bypass Mr. Rooter.

    My home warenty sent out Mr. Rooter. Grady was ontime they gave me about a 20 minutes heads up that he was on his way with a picture of the tech. He was able to evaluate what needed to be fixed quickly and went to get the new toilet and was back withing 45 minutes. He wad incredibly professional and proficient. He was very polite and resolved the issue quickly. I would 1000% work with Grady and Mr. Rooter again

    Excellent workmanship & work ethic. With an unexpected pipe burst , the plumber arrived on time , was knowledgeable and precise . He detected not one leak , but two !
