  1. I used this service for the first time last week and i have to say I’m very disappointed. My comments isn’t targeting your company as a whole, but your employee. Mr.Brandon is the worst i ever came across. Charged me over $600 just to replace a shower head, left without completing the job. I called him the next day with pictures sent from my renter saying, your plumber didn’t complete the job and left a $600 invoice. You replaced the head, but the water isn’t coming out properly due to something below that must be tightened up. I asked him why didn’t you fix it? he responded that will cost you another $200 for me to twist it back on. At this point i asked him to leave. I will never use this again.

  2. Bradley assisted me and my family fix a backed up plumbing system. He spent all day with us until the job was confirmed done, bringing in other great members of the team for their expertise. He tried to provide us the most value, was transparent on price, and never charged us for a service that wasn’t necessary. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job. On top of that, he was simply a nice person to have around.

  3. By far the best experience with any home repair company. They were pleasant from the phone call to the plumber that came out. We had the pleasure of dealing with Emmanuel. He was very friendly and respectful from the minute he arrived. You could tell he clearly knew what he was doing and more than anything we appreciate he said as honest about the problem. We’ve had people tell us we need to break everything so they could make more, but he was able to fix our leaking faucet with ease. Thank you Emmanuel and Roto-Rooter for a job well done. He deserves a raise 🙂 best experience with a company ever. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable company you can trust I would not look any further.

  5. I called them to repair a leak and perform mitigation on 11-24. I was told that the equipment would be picked up on 11-28. No one showed up, no emails or calls were returned. I called again on 11-29 and reached Joshua who said that equipment would be removed today. That was 9:30 am. So far no one has shown up, all phones are going to automatic voice mail. This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. Never again.

    We had a leak in the front yard coming from under the driveway. They decided to run a new line to into the garage to the water heater. Bryan came out and diagnosed everything, providing the best estimate of multiple we received. More importantly, he was professional, engaging, and took time to answer all of our questions. The day the work was performed, Cody and Andrew were also professional and friendly, plus very efficient. They were both clearly subject matter experts which made us feel very good about the entire process. We’re very pleased we chose Atlantis and highly recommend them.

    I used Atlantis before awhile ago and received great service from Roby. My house was built in the 60’s, so a surprise pops up every now and again. This time I was swapping out dishwasher and water connection from wall started crumbling. Called Atlantis for a survey, came out next day. Of course it ended up needing some galvanized pipe cut out and re routed.🫣 Ben was very knowledgeable, gave me a quote on repair and fix for bathroom sink pipe ( not as bad). Had to wait a few days,he came out today as scheduled and got right to work. Surprise #2 ,was the grease build up trapped in the galvanized pipe from kitchen sink🤮🤢. No, I don’t pour grease down the drain. Ben explained how this occurs over years of cleaning pots and pans that were used with grease. We could have stopped at that part, since it resolved the initial problem. Ben gave a recommendation to change out the longer piece also and good thing I did! I appreciated Ben’s advice and explanation, he was spot on when I saw the inside. Thank you for the wealth of information to keep my pipes clear. The number for Atlantis stays saved in my phone and magnet on fridge. Highly recommended for plumbing needs.

    Relief beyond words hiring A Atlantis Plumjing to re-pipe the entire plumbing system. I had a good feeling about Mr Mike brown and I couldn’t be more satisfied about his gentleness and his professionalism. He explained thoroughly details and brought much peace to the stresses this was having on my nerves . This new plumbing system eliminates hot water delay reaching the pipe instantly which was a concern for many years. I am forever great full to. Atlantis

    I’m the new homeowner of my beloved grandma’s house and knew the plumbing system was in dire need of an upgrade. After doing some research and reading reviews I decided to give Atlantis a call for an estimate. The customer service rep was prompt in setting an estimate. Sandy the plumber was both punctual and very friendly as heard in his call to give his ETA. I noted masks being worn upon entering the house. Now since I’m not a fan of spider web covered basements 😆 I offered moral support on the basement stairs and he was kind enough to take detailed photos of my entire plumbing system. The estimate was within my budget and due to my drain lines leaking into my HVAC system he was able to start that day. As I didn’t want to put off that important repair hearing he could start that quick was awesome! At different phases of the job Sandy would send me photos so I could see the progress. Over the course of 4 days Sandy repaired and replaced the water as well as drain lines. Being that some of the original cast iron plumbing was present he literally took the system from antique to awesome! I braved the spider webs and did a full walk through at the completion of the job. Kudos to Atlantis for hiring professional and friendly plumbers that are customer service centered. In the future plumbing issues will equate a call to Atlantis Plumbing! Keep up the awesome work Sandy, I know my grandmother would have been so proud to see such great repairs!!! Whether it be repairs or replacements I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends alike.

    When our original water supply line (which, of COURSE, was underneath our concrete driveway, because why wouldn’t it be, I mean as a home builder you ALWAYS just put the water line under where the driveway is going to be, right, because heaven forbid you should make it easy for future owners to find and repair the leaks that will inevitably happen) sprung a leak, we contacted a number of different companies for estimates. Atlantis Plumbing was the one we went with, for a couple of reasons–first, they had the best proposal for how to address the problem; and second, they had the best price for doing so. Other companies had suggested installing a new water line, but their proposals involved running the new line alongside the driveway, which (of COURSE) is where all the fiber-optic and cable lines also run (and it also would’ve been awfully close to our property line). Those companies wanted to do this so that they could tie the new line into our house’s plumbing in the same spot as the original line. Atlantis’ representative took a closer look, and determined that if we didn’t mind running the new line through our front lawn–away from the driveway!–they could easily tie the new line into our plumbing in a different place. I was familiar enough with our house’s plumbing to be confident that this would work, with no unintended consequences, so we went with that option. On the scheduled day, Atlantis’ crew showed up on time, and they were unfailingly polite, respectful, and diligent. They even suggested a couple of small improvements to the original plan, which they included at no additional charge. The work took about eight hours–it was late November, so they were here until after dark–and it was done well and thoroughly, with quality materials. (Inside the house, we had asked them to use copper instead of PEX, and they were able to do that with no problem.) Altogether, this may be the single best experience I’ve had with a repair/maintenance contractor since moving into our house eight and a half years ago. I’d definitely recommend Atlantis Plumbing.

    Mike came and helped us with a leak under our kitchen sink today. It was tricky to find but he was super thorough diagnosing it and once he found it, already had replacement parts in his truck ready to go. Super friendly & knowledgeable.

    Fix & Flow is one of the most professional, high-quality plumbers that I’ve ever worked with. They were fast, responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to not only do the repair, but help us think about plumbing issues that may arise in the next couple years. The only downside is the adage of “fast / quality / cheap – pick two.” Fix & Flow is expensive…like very expensive. They do all the things to justify the price, but still. I might call again, but I’ll also be a bit more discerning about the job & will also have other plumbers that I call first.

    Fix and Flow Plumbing is the best plumbers I have ever worked with. They own the issue and will see it to completion.
