Coy went over the extent of the repairs. Since it involved the city and we were approaching the weekend, we were without running water for several days. Coy and his team went above and beyond to supply us with water until our water line was repaired. His team is polite and professional. They worked hard to get the repairs done and clean up after themselves. Would call them for future plumbing work.By helya azari (3 years ago)The text I sent my friends right after the crew finished working at my house today: if you don’t already have a plumber then I highly recommend you save this number for Resurrection Plumbing in your phone. They will come out for emergencies 24/7 and they do regular appointments too. Everyone on the crew has had a background check and they were really nice and professional. It didn’t feel sketchy to let them come in the house and you know how I don’t like strangers I was very lucky and was put in contact with Resurrection Plumbing through my home warranty company. Seth and David came out to check for a leak in a drain pipe (which was my best guess at what was wrong). Unfortunately the problem was a little worse than that and the home warranty wouldn’t cover anything despite Seth’s best effort to convince them. The guys explained what they found and the best way to fix it- and the possible temporary fixes too. This the third time in twelve months the home warranty company has sent a plumber to my house and the first time a plumber told me everything that was wrong with my drain lines and how to actually fix it. I could have kept fixing small leaks and other issues for years but my house would have continued to smell like a sewer everyday and that is what I wanted fixed. I gave up on the home warranty decided to make an appointment to have the recommended repairs done. Before I could even make an appointment Coy, the owner, called me to tell me about the openings they had in their schedule and to talk about the issues the crew found because his crew had already told him about my situation. He fit me right into the schedule and kept all the work on the same day to help save me some money. On the day of the repairs everything went smooth and the crew showed me all of the work when they were done. The prices were reasonable, the whole crew I interacted with (Seth, David, Coy, and Ernie) were exceptionally polite and professional, and they all went above and beyond with the work they performed. They provided a time window for appointments and called when they were on the way. They took an extra second to address the plumbing concerns I had even though they weren’t on the trouble ticket from the home warranty. I wasn’t pressured to buy services I didn’t need or want. They cleaned up everything after the job was complete and I couldn’t even tell anyone had been working on my house. Within just a few hours of placing the claim online, they called to see if we had time for them to come service our needs TODAY… and they were there in 30 minutes!! That was impressive from the get-go, but they continued to impress once they got here. Coy and Ernie were efficient, personable, professional, and skilled. They resolved our issue in a very timely manner, and gave us guidance on how to prevent it in the future. We would definitely want them to service any future needs. (But, of course, hoping we don’t have any. Lol.)By Heidi Willes (3 years ago)I had a deep kitchen sink clog. I had done as much as I could myself, but knew I needed help so I checked around. I checked online and noted all the great reviews. So I called Resurrection Plumbing. When I spoke to Coy and explained the problem, he provided me his options, but recommended the hydro-jet cleaning. I am so glad I did it! I knew my clogging was bad. After seeing all the gunk that came out of our kitchen line, it proved I didn’t know how bad it really was! This was at least 10-year’s worth of gunk – if not more! For you homeowners out there: if you’ve lived in your home more than 5 years and have not done some preventative maintenance on your kitchen and main lines, call these guys. - Reviews:First this company went way beyond a basic service. A waterline broke and they had to find out where it was dig the ground out and make a trench to get to where the leak was. Jayden worked for over 9 hours to locate the leak. Then from 10pm-140 am the owner came up to help with another plumber and they worked and stayed until we had water. Jayden worked so hard. Didn’t stop for a break but to call In updates . He was professional courteous and very mindful of the property while trying to solve a very difficult leak. Jaden came out 2 hours early (thank goodness) and after the initial pipe repair (and waiting 2 hours for the repair to dry), we found there was another leak so had to repeat the same process again. It was either cold or scalding hot water. With small children that was a concern. Their dispatch was communicative the either time prior to their arrival. Jaden Peterson came to the rescue! Kitchen drains were clogged with tenant very upset. I put in a call to Rooter Hero and they dispatched a technician within a hour..Mr Stephano was very professional and efficient. Drain was cleared in about 20 minutes..Thank you so much.
I had a serious bathtub drain clog. I called in the morning and Stéfano was at my house in the afternoon. He was punctual, polite, and resolved the problem in less than an hour. The price was fair. I will use this company again.

Called to have someone come out today to clear a clogged drain. Scheduler only takes your information, doesn’t actually schedule you. The “dispatcher” does that. Didn’t get the call about when they could arrive until 4 hours later. Only by phone, not by email. I need to know rough time guys. Morning? Afternoon? Which is it. 4 hours is unacceptable just to find out
