- Reviews:Cleanliness is well maintained here, except the window area which can be an issues with some customer especially with lots of finger print. 10.30am is quite early and I don’t think there’s other guests sit there before. The Barista is well mannered and helpful. Sitting furniture is well taken care overall still one of the best Starbucks Branch I’ve ever been. Always maintain their standard operating procedure to serve their customers. Souvenirs item is available here tumbler,bag,mug, water bottle and more. Nice location. When we came around 8pm, it was almost empty, just a few customers. We actually visited it to check their mugs since my companions are Starbucks mug collectors. We purchased around 7 mugs. I was able to try the hot matcha strawberry pie or something. New to me. I was asking for iced hibiscus tea with pomegranate but apparently it’s only served in the Philippines. Nice store ambiance, very Starbucks of course. The starbucks is reasonably well kept. The price did not include the service tax in the display. A clean place in the middle of crowded and filthy sabah center.
A nice vast quiet place to have coffee, somehow the coffee latte I’ve got is tasting strange and didn’t like the taste
We were greeted when we came in. Plenty of seats were available but since there was less traffic we decided to sit at the counter area.
It got busy afterwards and we got to see the barista and other staffs work non-stop. It was a good 2 hrs seeing them make each beverage as flawless as possible.
Some Christmas flavors are in. The toffee nut is a must try! Christmas mugs and tumblers are also available now.
As usual, all payment methods are available and best to have your Starbucks card or app to get rewards points.
Will visit again.

Foods & beverages are mostly alike other Starbucks but customer services is the one made a difference here.

Talented staf. They offered me Siphon coffee (a special brewing method) with a spectrum of different coffee beans to choose from and an excellent explanation by the Barista of the reasons Siphon coffee was developed.
