This is a nice Kroger. It is a full sized kroger with all the normal departments. They also have a pharmacy, and money services here. The store was clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly when we checked out and had a good conversation while he scanned our items. The parking lot was easy to get in and out of. A great place to shop for groceries in Blue Ridge.
I visited this Kroger location in early February and unfortunately had a negative experience. While shopping, my car was hit by a shopping cart, and I have been waiting for Kroger or their insurance company to take responsibility and do something about it. Despite my attempts to reach out to management, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. However, I do want to acknowledge that the staff at this Kroger are super friendly and professional. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and are committed to providing excellent customer service. It’s a shame that the same cannot be said for the management. I’m leaving a one-star review to reflect my experience with the car accident and lack of follow-up, but please note that this is not a reflection of the quality of the staff.
Well stocked and well organized. Went in at 8:30PM. The evening staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. Use your Kroger plus card for the best deals.
I went grocery shopping on Mother’s Day checking out on aisle 13 behind other people in line. The cashier waited for me to get all my groceries on the belt before locking down and walking away without saying anything to me. After a while of standing there waiting while her nearby coworkers looked at each other, someone bagging groceries finally came over and rang me up. She eventually walked passed me saying “Well, I’m clocking out.” Never have I been to a Kroger where the cashiers were so rude and unprofessional.
I gave the pharmacy another chance. I should have known better. They have been refilling my prescriptions and not filing insurance. I asked why….
Oh we haven’t updated your insurance so we just processed as no insurance.

Mentioned they need to update my insurance. I have been using same insurance and id# since 2021. Cost me money and loss of insurance deductible!

The store has been remapped/reset several time over the las few years. They keep moving products and sections all over the store. Takes forever to find a particular brand or item. They are always out of stock on many items. Warning ! Check dates on everything you buy. This store will have expired products on the shelves The Starbucks is always out of brewed coffee. If you want just a cup of coffee you have to wait for them to make more.
