4 months agoI went here coming through town from Tennessee back to Wisconsin. We bought a couple snacks for the drive. After leaving I opened a cheese stick after eating one and realized it tasted bad. I looked at the packaging and it expired 11 sep 22. How does this happen? Then we called and they said this had happened before- if this happened before how was it not taken care of? I had already ate one and was scared of getting sick. Then looking at the other snacks both the beef jerky and pretzels were expired. Make sure you’re looking at dates when you go here because clearly they aren’t.5 years agoSeveral others mentioned having trouble with parking, but I had no issues on a Sunday afternoon. First and foremost, this Kroger has the mini karts, which are my absolute favorite; I’m already in love. The display on entrance was very well done, and I was impressed by the selection. They were a bit low on stock for some items like bread, but I didn’t have any issues finding what I was looking for. Quick and friendly staff! Great placea month agoI would like Kroger much better if there app was easier to use for shopping.5 months agoIt’s was after 12 and they had no hot food out on deli…I stopped to get a bite to eat…they had 2 workers standing on each side of a pan of roasted chickens…2 years agoGot a chicken dinner from deli it came with two sides….the woman who waited on me gave a skimpy serving on the sides…just a couple of bites each serving…in all the years eating there that was the smallest serving i ever had from there…most time you get a good serving but not this time …and the chicken was dried out ….they dident have much up to to choose from other than the sides…and it was early in the day still….for what i paid for it…i didn’t get my moneys worth…most times the foods great here…but i would say it depends on whos working there

There’s good and bad at the store. Dora at check out couldn’t be more amazing. She fast and friendly. She gets you out the door quickly while being a sweetheart. On the other hand, you have the total opposite at the deli. We stood there for 5 minutes trying to get someone to wait on us while we could hear them in the back. My husband called back and asked if it was open. Still Nothing. A few minutes later he yelled hello… finally an older lady with the name tag Zoe came out with a nasty attitude saying “did you need something?” My husband said yes can I please get the corned beef that’s on sale for $7.99. She pulled one out and said it’s $11.99. He then told her that that wasn’t the correct one. There was a sign to right of it and the sign said $7.99. She started arguing with him and came around the case to look. She said that’s roast beef sitting there. He said yes I understand but the sign said you have corned beef for $7.99. If you don’t have it, that’s fine but there’s no need to be that rude. She went back and threw the $11.99 corned beef on there and said it’s fine. I’ll give it to you for $7.99. Once she was done cutting it, she threw it on the counter and rudely asked if he needed anything else. I will never use that deli again
Kroger is wonderful, checkout is fast and nice and bag groceries right and never have something broke lost or damaged. I can find everything I can use coupons, sales and my card also save money at Kroger
Clean, friendly people, convenient for full groceries, just milk or beer. They have self checkout and lots of checkouts open with cashiers.
This location also has gas.
Great grocery store. Has better deals then anywhere in barbourville or Corbin. I choose to shop here over other grocery stores due to the bigger selection, better prices and all around better store.
