a month agoI use this Kroger for all my pharmacy needs and my weekly grocery shopping. The employees are EXCELLENT! I always get a friendly greeting from them & can find assistance for anything I need. The mini carts are always available & in working order. The store is well stocked and the pharmacy, service desk, cashiers, and bagging folks are quick and friendly and work as a team. I appreciate their great customer service.2 months agoSatisfied with the beautiful and fresh flowers and food selection, everything from fresh and moist sweet treats to organic foods and fresh produce ????a month agoI will no longer come to this particular Kroger. The gas station can not get my services. Ms. Holly F. is highly offensive to the black community and her little minons who just do as she says. As a fellow customer service representative, I should file a lawsuit against her and the staff that she follow a patron out of the store simply because of the color of their skin. Her language was absolutely horrendous and unnecessary. Regardless of how she feels about a person(s), she should control what comes out of her mouth. She chose to work at Kroger, and I know that is not how the company would like to be represented.4 months agoI come to this Kroger all the time to get produce, but last week I got a couple of heads of lettuce, and in one head of lettuce I found what looks like a bee that was dead inside one. Then I found five more black bugs that had wings in the lettuce now I know the lettuce is sometimes dirty, but this was past dirty it had bugs all in it, I had to throw all my lettuce away. I was so upset and I still am Upset I wasted my money on that lettuce7 months agoKarl is the best! I will not go to any other grocery store since I know Karl takes amazing care of the produce section!!! He I’d always super friendly and helpful! He seems to truly care about his job and making sure everything is fresh!

Normally a great experience however today I went to receive a money wire from my 80 plus yr dad that wanted to send his great grandson shopping and the lady wouldn’t give me his funds because my middle name wasn’t on the wire. I had the pin#, photo copy of receipt and my driver’s license.The kroger lady says , tell your dad to go back and put your middle name on the western union.. what a jerk!
Good job 2 employee at Kroger on Watson Blvd. first I would like to comment on Syreeta at the service counter. She’s very very pleasant and very fast and efficient at her Job !! Good job I so appreciated her help today!! Next I would like to comment on Zikiria at the self check out. We had a lot of the boxed can water we were getting ready to scan and she offered to help. She not only did the water she was kind enough to scan our entire purchase all while helping others. I’ve been thru this area many times and had to ask for someone to scan the water. I might add a few claim they couldn’t help because your scanner was broken. Several looked annoyed when I ask. So thank you Zikirra she has a lovely helpful smile and seem most happy to help us. I hope someone in management will acknowledge these 2 young ladies a real credit to KROGER. GREAT Job Syreeta and Zikiria thank you sooo much !! I’d gladly give them both 5 stars
Krogers at one time was a store of high quality with employees with high-standards – BUT here lately my visits have been very disappointing from a customer service standpoint. I don’t mind self-check out; in fact I prefer them over traditional checkout. BUT the cashiers that are working these area aren’t customer service oriented, in fact I have found them to be rude and as though we the customer are inconveniencing them. Think I will start back shopping at Publix.
I very very rarely have any issues shopping a Kroger’s. The digital coupons are great, especially with cost of goods on the rise. I definitely prefer coming to Kroger’s over Walmart for my food items. (Better fresh vegetable variety, no drama from employees, and the overall atmosphere is calmer)
I had the best customer service tonight Andy went over and behind helping me get items for my grandma’s birthday! Kirra also helped me a lot at self checkout! I had a very great experience! I will be returning back to this Kroger.
