a month agoIf you love waiting 40min in line at the pharmacy, this place is for you. They’re in absolutely no rush to assist you. Trash5 months agoAlways the worst experience when I come here. Never any carts when you walk in All the carts are scattered throughout the parking lot, no one seems to return them. Only come here because it’s convenient because it’s the closest location.5 years agoHad to get a couple odds and ends to do my ham for Easter Sunday. Also pick up I just saw her and a few other things that we needed everything went smooth was happy with the visit.a month agoRidiculous wait times at the service desk, but checkout goes quick. Good grocery options8 months agoI asked one of these people that worked at Kroger’s on East Main Street where exactly the Fritos Scoops were and instead of telling me the gentleman actually took me straight to where they were at and showed me where the Fritos scoops were. Extremely extremely helpful people that work there they don’t only tell you where it’s at they will show you exactly where it’s at I found that to be very very helpful and very appreciative of that little fact. I would highly recommend this store for a wide variety of reasons from the wide selection of hot food, cold food as well as this wide selection of groceries that are also at this store.

Wyatt, went out of his way to help me with some cupcakes in a time of need. He’s the best baker they got! Also want to do a big shout out to Symphony, she went above and beyond to help me as well the very next day. The bakery department used to be not my favorite part of the store but it’s changing quickly!
The employees are rude. A cashier told me lady was in break and will be back in 10 mins. It has been 20 mins. No service desk person. The gentleman working u scan is rude and threatening. He saw me get in line and stand here for 10 mins and then when more people here wants to rude.
Beware of short, old hustler lady who says she just moved from a shelter with her kids and needs groceries. She said she wanted some broccoli and fruit – puts mangoes, broccoli, and a huge container of cut fruit for $7, etc. Does that seem like a desperate person? Spent more on her than myself – can’t recall when I last bought cut fruit and mangoes. Then she wants me to do a cash back. It’s not the store’s fault but it’s just not a nice store, very dirty, and seems like a bad neighborhood.
Everything I choose to come here its a horrible experience. 2 lines opened with them going all the way down to end of the isle and the cashier is on her phone texting. We all were looking around at each like is she formal? Well she didn’t like those comments very much so she literally walked away from her line went and asked the manager if she could take a break and the poor gentle man bagging her groceries had to take her place and bag his own groceries. This place is horrible when it comes to costumer service. The girls were bragging saying I come here and work at 16 so they better not care if I text. Man, I guess you will take whatever kind of employees you can get.
Saturday morning at 10:30 they had one lane open. They opened a second lane but still the first lane had 7 people waiting for over 10 minutes when they told us the lane was closed. We had been standing in line all that time when they knew it was closed but didn’t say anything. I asked to see the manager and the manager instantly got defensive. Never apologized and the only explanation she gave was that it was her decision. This store consistently gives extremely poor customer service. The store was crowded and they don’t care. Things happen that may be out of the managers control but instead of working harder and trying to help the customers she just bagged and ignored the customers. Not until I asked to see the manager did anything get said and then it was defensive and condescending.
