What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. 7 people in line to check out and only one checker and they are in no rush. We will go some where else before we use self check, not doing it! Outside of no checkers the store is nice and well stocked.

  2. Mom and a lady’s husband both got chicken poison from rotisserie chicken. Caused mom to get sepsis shock and a big hematoma on her head from falling on concrete. This past week I bought 2 tuna kit salads threw up at work they were 3 months passed expiration date. This place trying to kill people. Yall need to do better.

  3. Nice store with a lot of isles and checkout people working are always helpful. Highly recommend

  4. I love Kroger! My Memaw always shopped here so it makes me think of memories with her ❤️ Some of the great employees are still there from when I was a child. I like the app and mobile coupons, and of course gas points! The bakery is great, I’ve ordered lots of birthday cakes there and they’re always great!

They have been regularly out of common items i need, deli is usually closed and when it’s open, i feel like I’m putting them out to cut a small meat order. This is the most convenient store location, i just want better.

Billed for two loaves of bread, didn’t catch it til i got home. Posted prices of stuff doesn’t match what it rings up as – your choice on trying to argue. Just kinda sloppy.

The floor seem clean and the fruit displays are nice.

The store wasn’t extremely busy. I went in later in the evening on a Monday. The store was clean and neat. The staff were polite. I enjoyed shopping when I didn’t have to deal with a lot of people. It was easy to find everything I needed too.

2nd Review: Went To The Deli For Some Boars Head Smoked Turkey Breast, I Observed The Deli Worker Unloading Her Cart, She Never Noticed Me Standing By Her Station So I Said (calmly) Ma’am. She Looked At And Said “What Do You Want”. I Had To Say My Order Twice, My Turkey Breast Was Balled Up In The Ziplock Bag. She Didn’t Even Ask Me If Wanted Anything Else. And I Did But Was Afraid To Ask. I Don’t Know If She Was Having A Bad Day But I Won’t Be Going To That Deli Again.

Selection is disorganized and has an overall dirty appearance. Employees aren’t helpful, more like irritated that we are in their way. Prices are higher than neighborhood stores in the area. If you have to stop, it’s there but there’s better options I am certain.

I thought the Southside Kroger was bad, but this one is somehow worse. It’s cramped and just generally depressing to be in this store.

Went to buy some mountain dew and saw all the signs on coke products about having to buy 20$ of extra stuff. No signage on Pepsi products. But apparently it applies to all soda. I wish the signage was more specific. It’s really unfortunate they’d rather force customers to buy more product to take advantage of a sale. That’s not a sale.
