2 weeks agoThey’re always missing specific items that I check for multiple times a week. There’s never rotisserie chicken. It doesn’t matter if I go in at 8am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm, etc.3 months agoWhat a dump. Unstocked shelves, dirty floors, fat slobs in the way everywhere. White trash and crackhead store. Walmart is 10x better.a year agoPoor customer service basically called me a liar. When I said I wouldn’t be back she flippantly said “OK”. Major issues with app. Kicks me out frequently have to reenter/change sign in. Can’t get app today just flashes. Done with Kroger. Meijer new go to store so much easier w/MPerks. Sorry bye bye ????2 months agoSeems like I always have a problem at the pharmacy.a year agoI have used the app to purchase pick up orders. Every time I have received expired and marked down products and charged full price. I received two month old yogurt, expired lunch meat among other clearly expired food. When you call to get it taken care of you are then directed to call another number to get your money back. I have spoke with them each time. They are obviously pushing expired food out the door through the pick up orders. I could understand a mistake. However to have this happen every order and they know this is an issue tells me it’s a way to move expired product. This concerns me as many elderly and handicapped individuals use this service and they will receive expired food and be unable to go through the hurdles to get it fixed. I have used multiple stores pick up and this is the only place who gives expired products EVERY time.Update. I went into the store and spoke with the staff at the customer service desk. This was not the directions I was given when I called in. However they were excellent and fixed the problem immediately. I appreciate that and their professionalism. Hopefully they can address the problems with the curbside pickup. Again the staff in the store was excellent and they corrected the issue completely opposite of what I was told over the phone from the curbside pickup staff.

3 months agoIt’s alright.I took off three stars due to a few different issues, the biggest one being pickup orders which I took off two stars for. They only have one older gentleman working pickup (he’s great), so pickup wait times can often be 20-30+ minutes. I don’t blame the gentleman at all, but rather management for refusing to hire enough employees (or to attract them? I don’t know what they’re paying but it might need to be more)
I took off one star because they’re often out of stock on some items and don’t get them back for a long time.
Overall, the facility is just “OK”. I don’t love shopping here, and I’ll be looking for alternatives.
a month agoIt’s a Kroger. Small aisles. Not much room to maneuver a cart. Pharmacy is always backed up. Never seen more than 2 registers open even prior to an ice storm that saw me in line all the way to the produce- 2 registers. The stocking is hit or miss…sometimes there’s what you need. Sometimes not. Employees are friendly though, parking is meh….Edit: July ’24. Think I’m going to have to find a new grocer. The employees are no overworked, not paid enough, and simply do not care about customer service as a result. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
5 months agoI normally shop here and usually have a good experience but the last time I was in we bought what was labelled as Japanese sweet potatoes. We cooked them and when we cut them open they were regular sweet potatoes. There is a significant price difference and that’s all I wanted back was the difference but since it had been a couple days they wouldn’t do anything. This is not the first time they have had the wrong potatoes in the wrong spot. This is the first time I complained about it. I’m seriously thinking of not shopping here again.a week agoWhat a dirty, cluttered Kroger! Does not compare with the other Springfield store or the one in Fairborn. Take the time and drive a bit further and go to a proper Kroger.2 years agoVery clean store and friendly employees that are willing to help whenever they can. There is a lot of parking but do not be surprised if your parking a little bit away from the store because this Kroger is always packed.

If you’re going to order a cake from here, call! I ordered a cake online for my grandmother’s 90th birthday, and when I went to pick it up (directly on my way to the birthday dinner), they couldn’t find it. When I told them that I’d ordered online they said no one had checked email… the lady behind the bakery counter was very apologetic though and was frustrated because she doesn’t have email access so she couldn’t have checked herself. She said that the people that do have email access apparently don’t check it often. She did do a quick message on a pre-made cake for me. So Kroger – give more of your bakery employees email access please!
Over an hour and a half waiting for click list. Call in and ask about the order & they claim the system *glitched” and we need to keep waiting. Go to Bechtle, they at least know what they’re doing.
All of these stores have bad security who make believe that people are thieves who are not. I don’t know how many times I’ve been in a Kroger’s in this area and the security violates my rights. Lucky I don’t have the money to sue. Plus the employees are Springfield’s finest which means they are the opposite of that, not good at customer service. I’ve worked in customer service most of my adult life and this is not even 2 stars quality. Which means I’ve dealt with the Karen’s and good customers alike, been thru it all and these people just lack any character or discipline
It’s always a nice place, our regular grocery store.
About 8 people in line for self check out and 5 for the 1 cashier lane that was open. We were there on Labor Day, and only half of the self check outs were open.
