a month agoI’ve stopped in a few times and honestly thought I left a review already. If you shop during peak hours (between 4-6p) or even close to closing … I’ve experienced super long lines and few lanes open. Not sure why this location operates this way, but it does. However, the selection is on point, the store is usually pretty clean and the staff is friendly. Parking spaces are difficult to find at times. When I shop here, it’s usually either curb side or grabbing less than five items.2 months agoFriday before holiday weekend at 7pm and only 2 registers open – people waiting in line to the back of the store. C’mon man. The only worse Kroger in this area is the one up on 8 mile. 🙁a week agoThese five stars go to cashier named Charlene , I was there this afternoon, and I was amazed by her service , very quick and very polite … and I am writing this email because I go there all the time , but always at the register It’s a long line always short of staff… but this lady was making a difference. Good job!2 weeks agoI recently was going to shop at Kroger so I stopped into the gas station at the corner of 5 Mile and Merriman. I approached the lady behind the glass and said hello. She was eating something out of a big bowl barely acknowledged me and mumbled, “we’re not in service”. Very rude!! I certainly would not treat somebody like that if I was working behind the glass counter. Wish I got her name.in the last weekHad a terrible experience here. The lines were not moving and the self check out machine kept malfunctioning…had a longer than usual wait to get help at the self checkout machine. Will not be going there again.

2 months agoThe recent renovations are bringing a well needed update to the store, but do we seriously need 20 extra large van accessible handicap parking spots? Maybe it’s just a terrible configuration of the parking lot in general, because I typically don’t “notice” handicap parking spots at stores, but here it feels like a large deserted campground engulfing the entire front of the store. I’ve never seen even half of these spaces occupied.2 months agoThey have a new looking interior, lots of self checkout stations and wider grocery aisles. The staff has been very helpful during the construction and changing the location of products. Shelves are always fully stocked when I go to make purchases.a week agoWhat a frikin mess. No lanes open. 23 minute wait in self checkout. 5 employees standing around smiling. No manager. No interest. The store was well stocked with associates around to ask questions if you weren’t sure where something was.
I have a great deal on honey spiral cut hams that ring up at .89 cents a pound! Ours had over $20 in savings.
We noticed that both of the cart corrals were being collected but the Kroger Associates were just hanging out there on their phones.
I just stopped at krogers to pick up a birthday cake for my brother and I ended up leaving the cake at the register. As me and my daughter began to put the grocery in my van, I didn’t notice that I had left the cake inside. Low and behold one of the best customer service agent named Sherri brought the cake out to us. Thank you so much for your awesome customer service! Keep up the great work!!
This location store has most products than other Kroger stores. Cashless register fast check out.
Do not go to this Kroger the security guard was turning people away at the door at 9:40 p.m. when they close at 10 pm. He said it was because they have a line inside I looked through the window there was no line inside. If you have a closing time of 10 p.m. how is it right that you’re turning people away at 9:40 p.m.. oh and the best part about it is he said his managers the one that told him to do it. When I asked to speak with the manager he said the manager wasn’t there. Good luck shopping there they don’t seem open even when their hours say they are.
Absolutely disgusting. 1 can machine working. Rude customer service from team members assigned to bottle return. Tyler the manager was showung symptoms of being high, a bunch of excuses and bad attitudes. Paid 15.75 to do what? Wear headphones and sweatpants and be miserable to every human on your shift? Shopping here 10 years, I’m done will find another store.
