The store manager over the store is so kind and always there working with his employees on the sale floor, he always making sure everyone has everything stock. The coursety desk is awesome the cashiers are very kind and helpful. They always make my shopping experience great were I would and have told people about the great experience I always have at our Kroger’s in Buckhannon WV
Kroger is the grocery store I visit probably 3 times a week. I buy lots of fresh produce and I like their meats. In many cases I buy Kroger brands which are good quality and usually less than name brands. The Kroger app offers coupons on items I actually use, based, I believe, on my buying history. The employees are friendly, and are available and willing to answer questions or help find something.
The only complaints I have are related to the size store and therefore limited selection compared to larger Kroger stores. Fresh fish is sometimes available, but not always, and you can’t count on a particular type. They do have a wider variety of healthy, organic, and international items than other local stores.
A smaller Kroger. They offer curbside and that went pretty smooth. I also went into the store, staff wasn’t the friendliest. Prices were pretty good. Produce was bad, which is unusual for Kroger.
Fairly empty on a Friday night! Had to pick up a few staples. Using the app, you can save a bunch. I wish the app was a little more user friendly ( I guess I got used to Albertsons app) but getting used to it. There were a few empty spaces on the shelves. Store was clean, and I found what I came for.
it’s not a terrible place to shop, but the prices are higher here than most places. i wouldn’t necessarily choose to shop here for that reason. there are things that walmart has that kroger doesn’t, which is annoying. but the employees are always nice and helpful which is great. my favorite thing about Kroger is the sushi. the sushi is always amazing. 10/10 recommend. other than that- for regular grocery shopping i wouldn’t recommend.
