I needed my 2nd dose of Moderna and with it being in such high demand, I couldn’t find a closer appointment in Fort Wayne for one. I ended up having to drive here, which is fine. I understand there are shortages and that I may have to travel a bit. Not the problem. Here is the problem:
I showed up to the pharmacy with no one immediately working the window. No idea what I needed to do. Once I finally got my name in, I waited to be called into their sad excuse for an “examination room”. It was dirty, boxes were piled as high as I am tall, and there were multiple boxes of gloves everywhere (this last point will come into play, don’t worry).
This man (with gloves on) opens the door, lets the previous patient leave, and calls me in. Never does he change gloves. He asks me questions and types on his computer, even leaving the room to grab the proper vaccines while touching doors and handles. Never does he change gloves. He returns and handles his phone, types on the computer…all while wearing the same gloves. And then he administers the vaccine. What the hell kind of protocol is that? Are we serious? How am I supposed to convince others getting this vaccine is worth it when this guy is probably just spreading it more? A joke is what it all was. We apparently just let anyone administer these things. Might as well just ship ‘em to everyone’s front porch so they can do it themselves, cause it’s probably more sanitary than going here to get one. Ridiculous.
Horrible waited an hour then had to wait another 30 mins just for some woman to tell me they don’t have my sons pink eye drops in stock didn’t call drove all the way back 20
Mins for that. Don’t go to big chain pharmacy’s! They have horrible service. Lady told me I could wait till next day. Um no we can’t!! Pink eye is very contagious, but thank you kendallville IN Kroger pharmacy!

Ok, This girl named Madison. She’s the best. Not only every time my family and I are shopping at Krogers she’s so beyond nice. But today my kids and I worked all day and we went to Krogers to get food for dinner. We were in the self checkout but after she helped us with the self checkout. We were leaving and we forgot ARE GROCERIES so my sons ran back to get them. Then after that we went back to the car to put them away. THEN we see this girl fully sprinting to are car. Because WE LEFT our card! And she has Asthma! I’m just saying’s she needs the attention she deserves! #teammadison
