Getting pretty sick of the whole digital coupon thing. Just went in the store and there was a giant sign that said “Blueberries $4.99”. They looked good so I grabbed some. After checking out I looked at my receipt and saw they charged me $8.99. So I went to the customer service desk and asked why and they asked if I loaded the digital coupon. We could see the big sign from where we were standing and you could barely see some small text next to the price that said “with card and digital coupon”. So I asked if they could refund me the difference and they said no. Pretty bad customer service plus I’m sick of this digital coupon scamming. Just charge me the right price for the product so you don’t have dissatisfied customers like me leaving. Can’t believe they are getting nearly double the money out of customers who miss a tiny note next to a sale sign.
Store is always great but I need a scooter cart to get my groceries and not just this Kroger but all the Kroger I shop at have terrible scooter carts. You never can finish shopping without your cart running out of power. It is terrible. It’s been like this for the last two years. Meijer and Walmart have new carts or new batteries. Kroger does not seem to care.
The woman who works in the bakery is LAZY!!!! They get off turning people away. The only reason why I ordered from here is because my son wanted something that they specifically make. I will be sure to order elsewhere from here on out. I literally had to call around just to get somebody to write happy birthday on a cookie cake because they refuse to do it for me 24 hours in advance.
At 7PM tonight, Reckless driver in yellow Corvette sped thru parking lot squelching tires right up to left front doors blocking entrance almost ran over my child and self. Said he was the owner. Parents watch your family he has no regard for anyone but his stupid car! Going to Meijer from now on! Website keeps changing location unable to make a formal complaint
Decent place. The deli counter is exceptionally slow. After waiting 15+ minutes and now moving one position forward in line behind two others, we bailed. We grabbed a couple of other things and left to find another deli.
