  I love Walmart I live close by it’s literally my go to place to get everything. I rate this store a 5 star because I always get exactly what I go for if a team member goes and looks in the back for a certain product for me it’s the best thing ever. Team members always so friendly always ask if you need help finding things. Always have great experiences at Walmart.

  Sitting here and getting ready to go in a get food with OTC and it’s hard to know what is able to buy at Walmart with this card.Health and stuff for health.I guess we’ll see if this area Walmart is easier.

  This location has more product variety and space than most. It is also has the worse congestion. There are never enough registers open. The bathrooms are always messy and not well stocked. There are never enough registers open.

  Supplies are always low in the things I am looking for. This location is easily accessible via various highways and by 🚌.

  This place never ceases to amaze me on how terrible it can be. Absolutely no carts were up front. Shelves were quite bare, lines to check out moving incredibly slow (I waited in line for an hour), and the check out clerk threw my stuff in bags splitting open some yogurt I just got.

  There’s “very poor service” at this location tremendously!
  Customers aren’t first like their “Motto” is supposed to be.

  This location needs more “Motor Carts” for thee elderly/ disabled; They need way more Back-up Cashier’s/Checkout Lanes open & available!

  I didn’t appreciate the Tall, Heavyset, Caucasian, Blonde/dirty blonde, Older woman in the “Self Checkout” on the grocery end!
  She was rude & inconsiderate. All other lanes were full/backed up; I literally had just a few items over the 25 item limit. I barely had anything in my basket, just groceries; But she had me turn to leave, go to a long line with my little purchase amount. She never counted my items, just looked inside & declined. Would’ve literally taken me 5 minutes to checkout myself!
  She wasn’t even acknowledging customers to guide them to the next open C/O to begin with; I had to stand there for a while, then just enter.

  Will not be coming back to this location unless its a desperate emergency!

  I love how much they’ve stepped up their clothing game. They actually have gotten some really stylish things in not just clothing but all of their accessories, shoes, jewelry. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they never have a variety of my cats canned food. He only eats the blue buffalo as far as canned food goes, and they only ever have 1 to 2 different kinds of it. Their makeup is lacking a bit as well but I love that some of the locations carry the Hard Candy brand of eye shadow palettes now which I LOVE!!! And I also came across a brand called Lottie today. Only saw the one palette but I love it!!

  I am appalled by this store! It has gotten worse as time goes on. No one willing to help, at least without an attitude. And let’s take a second to talk about the restrooms…. DISGUSTING 🤢🤢🤢

  There was tissue in all toilets, the toilets will not flush, they are broken, the soap dispenser broken and trash EVERYWHERE. The pregnant woman that walked in after me, man do I feel so sorry for her as it is ALOT harder for someone pregnant to wait til they can find a clean establishment.

  I think their food prices are reasonable & fresh. The store is clean also. I would like to see more cashier’s available instead of self check-out lines! When you can find an employee in the store for a question, they are polite & do the best to help.4 stars for better cashier service

  Glad to have them here. They have everything. Can be short staffed. I dislike the self check outs and jail like monitoring. However, prices are usually great and who knew that they could have some really cute clothes with high quality if you really look and many at some great prices. Fun to go to!

  I give it 1 star because I’m forced. I was hired by this location and had the worst experience ever dealing with management and the people lead. Verna Anderson and Justin the store manager were no help in the 2 weeks I desperately called to speak to someone about what I was going through. Verna portrayed this understanding woman in orientation and told us communication is huge when life happens. I reached out so many times and either nobody answered the phone or I was blown off completely. Calling to report to the open door next. I will never shop at this Walmart. I see it already has horrible reviews and it’s clear why.

  Using the Wal-Mart app while I’m inside of Wal-Mart helps me find items quicker by giving me the exact aisle that the item is in. The check out lanes move quickly with self-checkout.

  Today must have been a great day to mark up the Bread 10% without changing the advertised price. No one will notice the $0.09 cents extra. Guess I tithe to Walmart today😂.   Wallmart super center is next to Dollar tree and is near Best buy on the Metcalf. The place contains electronics, fresh vegetaes and fruits, meat, frozen food, milk, beverages, bakery items, snacks, clothes, winter wear, medicines, glasses, kitchen related items, mattress toppers and spring mattresses, pillows, futons, chairs, mobiles, bounties, office related stationary, gardening related items etc. It offers a great service of quality, hygiene and ambience in the store. Its crowded all the times in week and weekends are heavily crowded.

  Simply disgusting. Entire store, just nasty. Some helpful employees, but most rude and/or dismissive as if giving directions or information is too much.

  We were able to locate most items needed for a wedding, but sand needed for centerpieces was a no go. It seems they “lock up” garden area HOURS before closing and no one, even management, can get access to the area? Absurd!

  I will not return to this Walmart.

  The most ridiculous experience recently. I had to return an item. When I arrived, the lights were out in Customer Service but people were standing around. I did some quick shopping, and when I got back up to Customer Service the lights were back on and there were two employees telling people that Customer Service was closed for hours due to employees not showing up. That’s all they were doing besides playing on their phones. I was PO’d honestly. Why couldn’t they run Customer Service? 🙄

  I would give 0 stars but unfortunately that isn’t an option. After sitting and waiting for a grocery pickup order for a hour I find out it was given to another car. Called to speak to a manager was on hold for over 10 minutes called back still no luck. So not only did I waste an hour waiting the solution was “you can wait for bit to be refunded if you don’t pick it up” meanwhile the order is showing picked up because it was delivered to the wrong vehicle

  Crazy surprisingly bad recent experience with a pick up order. Ordered Tuesday to pick up Wednesday after I got off work. A simple 10 item order to get mainly wrapping paper for Christmas presents. The order was delayed stating only a 2 hour delay, that was a lie as they didn’t fulfill the order until the next day. The next day I get a notice that the order is ready to pick up but of course I have to work and decided to go after work around 7 pm to pick it up. I check in and wait 20 minutes before I start calling the pickup phone number to let them know I was there in case they didn’t notice I checked in. After another 15 minutes or so of no contact I called the main phone number and was told to hold to speak with a manager. I spent about 20 minutes on hold listening to the phone ring, occasionally getting back to the person that routes the calls. They advised they would page the manager and transfer me back over to their line, after that I would say I am holding for a manager and they would transfer me to the phone ringing line without a word. Still no answer from the manager after multiple attempts. Before I decided to leave I called one last time to ask for the managers name so I could call the next day and they hung up on me. The next day I called the pickup phone number again before work to try to talk with someone and yet again no answer even after leaving a voicemail. Very shortly after trying to call to speak with someone in pickup I get an email stating my order was cancelled. Not surprising with this location as they never want to help and when you do get a pick up order they put fragile items under heavy items causing you to have to do a return. Previous order they put a 40 lb bag of dog food on top of bread. Stay away from this Walmart and instead order you items at other local stores if you value your time and money!

  The new age of self checkout is leading to lines 30 people deep at high traffic times. Also, be diligent when checking out. Even an accidental missed item can lead to arrest. So even though you have 30 people angry behind you, take your time and do it right.

  So my fiance bought our rings there and tried to check where they where at. So we called and there’s no line that goes to jewelry so I called customer service so I’m able to get the help I need. Well I called about 4 times a week for a month and nobody answers me. I live 3 hours away and had to drive all the way up there when customer service should have been doing their job. The jewelry department was amazing and it was not their fault.

  Order groceries for pick up at 3pm to 4pm on a Sat. Got a message that it’s delayed for 2 hrs. We reschedule for Sun at 9am. Got a notification that it’s ready. Get there at 9am, call the number 9 times that’s posted on the sign and Got a voicemail that’s full. Told the app that we’re here and after a million cars come and go, ar 9:56am, they get me my food. Bottoming it is, there’s no one to over look this so don’t even bother getting groceries here. At least for pick up. I feel sorry for these kids that are bringing them too. It’s not their fault. It’s Management.

  They had a difficult day when I was there at the automotive dept. Some employees didn’t show up and The Chiefs lost making for some cranky customers coming in. The Employees remained nice, polite and helpful during this time. Don’t get me wrong! I was starting to get cranky as well but when you see all the stuff they have to document so people don’t blame them or Walmart for the damage on there car not just dents , scratches but broken mirrors and lug nuts and with only 2 people working in the garage area and one was a trainee I think you can see my point. It’s hard to get employees these days and I have no problem running off the bad ones but I don’t think this was the case in this instance.

  The woman at the front door was friendly, otherwise this would be a one star review.

  The dude working in electronics, however, could not be bothered to help me find what I was looking for. “If we have it, its over there” *waves in general direction of half of electronics*

  Nice, now I’m not buying the item I was looking for, or other few items I had intended to buy. I’ll pay more at Best Buy for decent service.
