Store was clean and well stocked. Would be nice if store associate would greet you hello when you come within 5 feet of each other and make eye contact. There was one associate pulling an order on the grocery side who did say hello. Must be a newer employee being I shop at this location at least twice a week and this was my first time seeing her

I went almost a year avoiding Walmart. Customer service sucked. Couldn’t check out without doing the work myself – on my day off. Prices through the roof.
Went in today. We still stood way too long in line Fujitsu to do the work. However, the music wasn’t too loud. There was an energetic kid in electronics who asked to help without prompting. Prices were reasonable. What an amazingly better experience. Good job!

This Walmart wasn’t so bad I actually was able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time which never happens at any typical Walmart. Anyone who knows me knows I have a small love major hate relationship with Walmart. The actual concept of the place is great however the fact that I spend more time in extremely long time consuming checkout lines when there’s a thousand empty never used lanes than I do shopping is annoying. They say they are understaffed and can’t keep employees, makes me wonder about the company itself then 🤔. Also employees don’t know a damn thing, if it’s not an employee that’s been there for years, don’t even bother to ask for help finding anything. That’s my regular Walmart experience however, this particular Walmart( my third maybe fourth time in this particular Walmart) I was impressed by it not having any long checkout lines and the older lady that checked us out was polite, quick and efficient which I very much appreciated wish I remembered her name for recognition.

I just don’t get it. They take away all the cashiers. They have the self checkouts. Half of them don’t accept cash. They have two people to help 50 when there’s an issue check in IDs or whatever they need to do to enter their code on the computer. Such a waste of time. I remember when you used to get discounts for shopping at places where you had to bag your own groceries.

So I did enter this store at the wrong time of the day. It was extremely busy and they had moved things around It took me 30 min to find the 4 things I needed in the non grocery area and another 20 in the grocery area to find the 2 things I needed. Needless to say it was dirty and very unorganized. I love my Walmart but I will only go to this one If I absolutely have no other choice. The self check outs are nice but took another 20 min waiting in line. Not worth it.

Hard to find what I’m looking for at times due to being out of stock. Otherwise friendly service everytime.

Good! Fair prices, good selection, & convenient. But, this, our most local Walmart is not as friendly & courteous as most Walmarts. It could also do to be cleaner, & to stock up it’s goods more regularly (they are often out of important products.). We’ve complained to the managers. But, they don’t seem to be doing anything about it.

By far the worst experience I have ever had at any form of store. I brought my car into the auto center for a tire patch. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait time so I went and gather groceries. After 2 hours I came back to check on the car because it had already been 4 times the estimated wait time the staff told me that I was 7th in line all of a sudden and then it was ridiculous I expected my car to be finished. Well I can’t drive on a flat and I’m broke so I guess I’m waiting then. An additional 3 hours pass just to find out that they aren’t going to do that patch for me today. Terrible service rude employees who lied for honest to god no reason and I left after 5 hours without them fixing what I paid for!!!!!

Look… Walmart is Walmart. Here are some things to keep in mind while at this location. I don’t know about other locations. This season the news is asking to be aware of a triple threat meaning flu, rsv and covid variations. I walked all over searching for sanitizer after touching a pin pad at the money center and saw absolutely none at all! None at the registers… None by the carts and baskets… which usually had wipes at least… those were absent. I realized Walmart doesn’t care if u get dealthy ill. 📚NOTE: Carry ur own sanitizer. Not everyone washes their hands after what they’ve touched. Of course they have restrooms to wash up however it’s a large store and if ur on a time crunch. Sanitizer helps!

I used to have the Walmart app downloaded until I asked an employee why I couldn’t find anything I searched in the right spot the app mentioned. Well according to an employee they rearrange the store more frequently then updating the app to reflect the actual store aisles.

However the self check out has ample employees for assistance so that’s that’s plus. I was also informed by an employee that the self check out sometimes runs slow because it runs off the wifi… interesting fact.

Overall they did have all the items I was looking for and at a better price.. for that I do give 4 stars in rating. Example: soft soap body wash at Walmart is around 4 dollars and some change verses russ’s on 17th that charged 8 dollars! For the same item with less selection.

This store needs to post the hours of each department. It is posted the store is open, but after 7 many are completely shut. I understand pharmacy hours but customer service? You can’t return an item after 8? The store is open until 11. I didn’t want a return, merely an exchange. Drove several miles because this store was listed as open and other than pharmacy nothing else was listed as closed. Please list all departments that close before the rest of the store.

Most of the Self-checkout helpers were friendly and helpful. There was one shorter Asian lady who walked away from me when I needed help. Thankfully one of the other people came over immediately and helped me.
I was already frustrated because i couldn’t find anyone working in the store when I had a question. It was a very frustrating trip. I’ve never had as much trouble at this location.

I went here, somewhat begrudgingly. I never use to have any big issues with WalMart, as often, prices are lower, but I have been less than impressed lately.

Two days before Thanksgiving, I went to purchase some groceries. I get my shopping done, and go to checkout. There are 20 or so people waiting in line. They had both sides of self-checkout open, but only a couple kiosks on each side available. They had TWO actual cashiers. TWO! I hate self-checkout for larger purchases, so I got in line.

From the time I got in line, to the time I was walking out the door, it was nearly HALF AN HOUR (27min to be exact. I sent a text saying I was about to check out, but was 5th in line. 27 min later, I sent another stating I was finally on my way home.)

    Caution:

Self-checkout is awful for larger quantity purchases, because you have no room to fit everything on the little tables. Plus, if you scan stuff too fast, the system automatically flags you because it thinks you’re stealing, and then it calls a manager over who stands there and reviews the video of you to make sure you were charged for everything in your bag, before you can finish scanning. It’s kinda embarrassing/humiliating, and you haven’t actually done (or even attempted to do!) anything wrong!!
Plus, the prices charged aren’t always the advertised sale price or even the shelf price! Luckily, the manager fixed it on the few items I knew for SURE were wrong, but I didn’t keep track of every item as I was shopping (I didn’t know I needed to!)

I’m less and less likely to go to Walmart these days, and will instead pay a few bucks more somewhere else, just to avoid the nightmare of checking out!

This location has been updated, and now feels claustrophobic to me. Perhaps if I shopped there more regularly, I’d adjust to the layout & high shelving. I wandered around for some time in the quest for shaving cream – only to discover it was now dispensed from a high security area. Having to find a clerk to unlock a case to purchase a $3 item just seemed dystopian. Perhaps this is the new normal?

I was only here once and for a very short amount of time. That said, it seemed like any other Wal-mart supercenter: not very well cleaned (I did go to the restroom) or managed. I did find what I was looking for fairly easy. I prefer going to other stores, but this wasn’t a horrible experience.

The store has gone completely downhill since I moved to the area, the bathrooms are a disaster the store is filthy and there are boxes blocking numerous isles. There are shelves tipping over causing safety hazards. I highly suggest avoiding this Walmart if you want a decent shopping experience.

Very messy and workers standing around talking instead of helping customers. Worker from the back came up to do something. She was nice enough to help me since all the cashiers were ignoring me. The bathroom was disgusting and such a mess.

Wal-mart was busy today and some shelves were lacking different products. The reason could be the weather across the country this week. Still everyone was pleasant and not being pushy. Store was overall clean and neat.

I currently have covid and I needed medicine from the pharmacy. I parked in the pharmacy curbside pickup and they told me I had to come in!? Had to get my daughter to go get my medicine. I have used this before and paid in the curbside parking stall. And there are cars parked in the pharmacy pickup that don’t have people waiting in them for medicine! If you aren’t going to use them for the purpose intended then take them down!

Stop doing the stupid remodel and spend that money on employees to run check out lines so we don’t have to deal with robots and a person asking to see my receipt like I stole something. I’ve never used the self checkout and still won’t but probably will never go to Walmart again. And with the remodel might as well give out maps cause you can’t find anything.

Very annoying to deal with. No one will pick up the phone. I let it ring for five minutes recently. Now I have tire on order. They were scheduled to be installed 4 days ago but that was canceled. Haven’t heard anything since. I did get someone on the phone (finally) and they were clueless. Have no idea when/if they will ever show up.
By Steve Swartout (2 months ago)
Didn’t have everything I needed, several aisles had stock on carts to be put on the shelves and no employee was around, took about 15 minutes to get someone in the area where the razors are at since those under lock and key now. I bought 3 things and was planning on using cash but the machine wouldn’t take my cash and of course the employee can’t do anything about it. It wasn’t crowded but when there are only 3 self checkouts open and 3 people in front of me had half or more of their carts full so it did take longer to checkout.
✭✭✭ By LeAnne White (3 months ago)
Busiest time of the year and ONE assisted check out! It was full of people with overflowing carts. At LEAST 10 unmanned check out lanes. All the self checkouts had long lines, too. Maybe Walmart makes so much money, they don’t care about the customers at all. Seems like it.

This review pertains only to the Walmart InHome delivery service coming from this store. It’s abysmal, with a 50% failure rate for the 12 orders we’ve put in so far, and those were mainly during the trial period (3 orders never delivered, 3 delivered after the requested date, 6 OK). Never had such problems with the regular deliveries, but now that I paid for this “service” …

When InHome works, it works well. Just wish it worked a little more often!

So so location, it’s always packed and inventory is always a hit or miss. I usually go out my way and go to a different Walmart if I’m looking for things specifically. The staff is always friendly though. And always, always see a cop hauling a shoplifter away. I’m glad they’re on thier game about that. There is a special place for them and it’s called jail. No wonder they call it wally world
