  Ridiculously overpriced School supplies price. 5.28$ for 400 ruled sheets, 3.33$ for one single glue stick,…? Even with the special price, you’re still making too much. Stop making billions on our kids’ education. Make money on US, I’m willing to pay for overpriced adult’s items, but only if you can provide excellent quality, which I can’t find anywhere in Walmart store.

  I always enjoy going to Walmart but not lately. The store never have what I am looking for. Mozzarella sticks and most frozen items seems to always be sold out and certain hair products and lotions. Plus the prices is steady rising now. I can go this week and pick up an item for 2.25 and next week it jumps to three dollars and change.

  Has really gone down since covid.. customer service sucks ..I Actually was turned away at 10:45 last time by 4 people guarding the door saying they closed at 11 and if they let anybody in they wouldn’t be cashed out and out of store by 11..I was so taken back considering I just needed couple quick things..They have always been aggressive at closing time but nobody wants to put in work to get u cashed out..literally yelling at customers browsing close to registers cause there’s 2 lines open 10-15 customers deep well multiple employees walk around herding everyone to those two lines not to mention multiple employees sweeping ,organizing ,ECT..u want people cashed out so quick open more registers but they don’t want multiple draws to count ..Trust me those of us wondering the front of the store would love to be in our cars going home.

  The parking lot is kind of awkward to navigate as it is a side access. Pretty straightforward Walmart. Always seems pretty clean. There is a good selection of wet catfood here. People don’t seem to like the self-checkout so the lines for the regular checkouts are usually long.

  I’m in line and notice cashier coughing real heavy and salivating with her mask around her chin. She now is coughing in my face, salivating. I kindly ask for my items and said I would like to go to another register. She says what you never heard someone coughing before.. I say Ms can I please take my items to another register. She now calls me rude and puts her mask on the correct way still coughing. I kindly say rude is a very strong word and you really need to work on professionalism she now call me rude and says I’m yelling at her and leaves the lane disappears comes back a few minutes later. I then ask can I please have my items . Now she is asking me do I really want to go to another register. I’m thinking am I in some prank joke or is this really happening. The one family …behind me agreed with me who also went to another cashier. So yes my Salem NH Walmart experience . I did speak to Fred the manager who was a nice fellow .I do hope he follows through talking with her. You cant act like this when providing customer service.

  Decent Walmart. Typical business for the holidays. Limited staffing (as the rest of the country). Time for a refurbishment when there is time and money to do so, as the customers certainly have money in this area and bigger towns with better stores to shop in if they so chose. Parking lot pretty good but exits were a bit cramped, and you have to be more careful parking and leaving.

  Mike the Team leader has given us the best customer service twice already. I ordered tires online for pickup, but the auto section closes at 4 on Mondays and doesn’t open again until Thursday and I don’t get out of work until 6. Mike went out of his way to find the tires for us so I didn’t have to wait until Thursday. Thank you so much Mike I really appreciate your kindness and helpfulness.

  Always a pleasure here! I especially love the man that does the self checkout on the left hand side (if your looking from parking lot) he’s so nice to my kids he gave them candy canes and even bought my daughter something when I was outta cash one time he is the man ! He works days !

  It took 15 minutes to check out. We waited in line as there were only 2 check-out stations open. There are self-checkouts available, lots of them, but if you have groceries, a lot of them, you may need the area that the conventional check out has. We went to Walmart primarily to grocery shop. The pet food is on the complete other side of the store. I should have started there instead of maneuvering my full cart throughout the store….

  I have Walmart +. I place my orders online, for curbside pick up. They are always ready on time or early. I get text messages through the entire process. They even make sure that if they have to substitute an item, that I approve of that particular item. You can even add or remove items almost right up until pick up time, which I have done, seamlessly! I notify them when I arrive, via text or app. I am never kept waiting and I am always met with a smile. I love this service!

  Best pizza in the area! the people there are awesome and friendly:) Wonderful pizza restaurant! This restaurant is my number one choice when it comes to pizza. Their servings were so attractive. The taste of their food is so good and mouthwatering.

  This is the only Walmart our family shops at and so far it meets our needs!!! It always has what we are looking for with the best prices. The customer service is good. Could be better, but I know it’s hard to find good and reliable workers so things run much smoother. If I have any issues/problems, it is always fixed. Though kind of wish✨ it was supercenter. Would probably shop there more often. By the way, this location also has a Subway inside near the customer service area if you get hungry.

  My husband purchased a Covid test today at the Hudson, NH Walmart and found that it was not needed. An hour after he purchased the test, he returned to the store with the sealed box and his register receipt. He was informed that the test was not returnable. He asked to speak with a supervisor and she informed him that the no return policy was posted. When we returned to the pharmacy area, there was no sign. The only indication of the policy was printed on the receipt, which required a purchase to be informed of said policy. Too late!

  I had bought 2 trays with a dome cover on sale for $5 for our picnic table. I did not realize on my receipt the amount was $5.99 when I got home. I went to the Sevice desk to have the difference put back on my charge. Because the scu # ended in a 3(for the blue tray) and not a 4(for the white tray with watermelons) the #’s were ON the dome lid NOT on the trays. I was told the $5 only applied to the white tray with the watermelons. I took a picture of the display went back to the service. I was told they could only deduct the difference off one. I said the sign was $5 with NO other pricing. I was told it was beyond their control. I then said they you need to go remove the blue from the display. EMMA said she did not do the display. EMMA said it wasn’t her job. Then I said that she needs to call someone to do it then. Again, was told “not my job”.

  My wife and I shop here daily for everything and anything. The staff is usually helpful and they usually have most things in stock. However they are pretty hard on returns if you misplaced your receipt. The manager is not a descent woman by any means. We have tried to exchange items without a receipt a couple times through out our many years of shopping this location but have been denied every time no matter how big or small. Makes us feel that our loyalty means nothing to her. She has even gone as far as insulting my wife over a broken TV we had purchased and tried to exchange. Had to take our business to the hooksett store where they kindly exchanged it for us. Perhaps the manager just has trust issues or she feeds off of having the power of being able to ruin the day of her loyal customers. I feel bad for her. Other than that I enjoy shopping here and will keep shopping here due to convenience and the few select employees that we have developed small relationships with.

  This is a really NICE store. Has just about everything you can imagine, is regularly restocked and displays are kept tidy. Given the options in our area, this is our first choice for a Wally Run.
  The only downside might be the it’s a bit hard to get in and out of the parking lot, especially at night, so just drive carefully!

  Wanted to get some body spray that’s locked in those glass cabinets. After walking around and not seeing anyone I asked a worker near the register to get someone to help me. Stood for 10 minutes and got nothing. Asked the worker AGAIN to call someone to which I waited another 10 minutes before getting no one. I even encountered a girl working on an online order and asked if she could unlock the cabinet for me. She didn’t even look at me and just said “no” without asking if I needed assistance or saying she could get someone for me. Stay away from this store. Most employees are useless. If I could this would have a Zero rating.

  Now let me tell you about Walmart. Wally World is always a good experience in my opinion until you get to the very end and are exiting the store before you are practically assaulted by and old woman who mandates to peruse your receipt, for what?? I had 900 item only slip perfectly bagged by the cashier. What are you gonna do empty every bag and find each and every item in the slip ahh no. Because I refuse and walk on by. The man behind me had 3-4 items and she just looked at it pretentiously and said ok your done. C’mon now, GAFF. I suppose everyone needs a retirement job lol

  Great prices and quality. Best price around for rotisserie chicken, game day deli treats and pies. Close to self check out and parking make for an easy and quick snack stock up. General Taso chicken was spicy sweet and a lemon pepper rotisserie chicken was moist and flavourful. Saturday night dinner easily solved. The self check out lines were not long at 5:15 on a Saturday night but they have longer on other visits.

  Great selection. Veggies always fresh. Clean bathrooms. If you workout and need some supplies pre-workout etc they have always been stocked when I go looking. Subway attached is a plus. In the evening time it’s tough to leave in a hurry because they only have one register open so account for that

  Let me start off by saying that this is a great store and I truly enjoy shopping there however it seems as though hardly ever does anyone ever answer the phone.
  i’ve been calling on and off since 8 AM trying to cancel an order and it is now 1:06 PM I just tried calling again and still no one’s answering any of the departments. Kind of frustrating.
  So now I’m gonna have to drive there which is only about 25 minutes but still that’s not the point. Anyone else experience this from this Walmart or any other?

  Zero stars for customer satisfaction!
  Forcing the herds into self-serve registers. Only having one cashier open for the cigarette lane. Is terrible!!! The self serves should have been put there for a lesser items shopper. Now you have us as your cashier bag boy and carriage handler. Then you have the Gul to have your greeter also be your shoplifter inspector. Nothing like disrespecting the ones who pay you.😠
