  As always my experience at Walmart is great. This is my favorite store, so I never As of yet to experience a bad time there. I know the rule when it comes to Walmart staff so I very seldom asked them for help. Not saying that all of Walmart workers are bad, just generally hard to find when you need help. Nevertheless it still is a great place for me to shop.

  A typical Walmart in Columbus area. Walmarts are a typical run of the mill place. You never expect anything over the top, or fancy here. But you get everything you need. This is just another Walmart. We stopped by to pick something usual. Everything was fine and normal. The store was pretty neat, and clean.

  Worst store ever. Do not go here unless you want to waste your time and watch incompetent employees attempt to get you through a line. I legitimately mean attempt. Not one employee there could get me through either the self checkout or a cashiers line. On another note I understand that walmarts usually are not the cleanest stores and expect some filth however corn and trash in the checkout isle seems a little extreme.

  I just had a pick-up. But I was impressed by the young lady who answered my arrival call. Courteous, detailed oriented, she verified all my info. The young man who brought my order to the car was a joy to talk with. He was also courteous and polite, and delivered with a smile. I was in/out in about 20 minutes. This is a huge store , they probably have everything you could think of. Actually, it saved me 60 minutes, if I had to come in and do the shopping myself. Yes I will be back.

  Associate refused to retrieve a scooter for me to use during my shopping trip.
  He stated he was not going outside in the rain to get me a scooter.
  I sat down because I’m unable to walk for long periods due to heart.
  5 minutes went by and a POC asked for a scooter and he went out in the pouring rain for her.
  I asked him why her and not me. He acted like he did not speak English.

  I had witnessed an overdose near the front doors and saw numerous customers just walk by. I helped the best I could but I believe it was to late. Please people have compassion for other human beings that was someone’s son brother cousin etc. Most of all he was GODS child.

  This is not at Walmart Supercenter! I was surprised when I first noticed the difference in size and inventory overall. Speaking of inventory, this Walmart is lacking on a regular basis of things that I would expect them to have – socks, underwear, t-shirts my size are nonexistent here. Theft is apparently the likely culprit, and that’s understandable.

  The men’s restroom in the front often needs “attention”, as some folks consider their personal shower. Others seem like they don’t know how to use the toilet at all.

  This store could benefit from investing in cleaning service, or delegating the task to its employees more effectively.

  The staff is nice and friendly nonetheless.

  Went online to to find an item and the Walmart app said this store had the thing I was looking for in stock and that I could pick it up. When I wasted my time and gas to get there, none was where it was supposed to be. I asked for help and was told they didn’t have the item in stock. The I was then told that it was supposed to be ordered online and if it was available, they would pull it for me. I can read extremely well and know the difference between in stock for pickup and an online order only. Highly disappointed in Walmart and their excuse making employees.

  Seems like there is always a 15 – 30 minute wait to checkout, even when the self checkout is open. But, the store is usually clean and orderly and the employees are usually nice and helpful. They also seem to carry items for the demographic living in the area.

  Ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter, said that it was in stock and I scheduled to do curbside pickup for the next day. First I get an email saying the pickup time was being delayed for 2 hours, okay fine. Then not even 5min before my new pickup time I get another email, but this one was to let me know my order was cancelled because they are out of stock. But that’s fine I just went to the target website and re ordered her gift and it was actually cheaper. Won’t trust their online shopping anymore and will order from target from now on.

  I used the curb side pickup.
  Daniel was amazing. He was at my car b4 I could get checked in! He was very nice, friendly, professional, and provided fast service. I was only there for less than 5 minutes. I can’t say enough good things about the service he provided. I will definitely be using this service again and again!

  Terrible. Not one checkout open except self serve. I am too old to hold heavy items and try to scan them barcodes that are up high. And you are not paying one employee enough to cover 8 checks. You just lost my business. I know it is no big deal to you if I go but it is sad that you assume all customers can do self checkout

  Good store. I shop here often however, the last time I went, I was after a baby vitamin called poly visol. Found it but ALL OF THEM WERE EXPIRED! One had a bunch of barcode stickers (at least 6) that were plastered all over the expiration date on one of them. Not cool. I did tell a cashier at the self check out. I don’t know if he informed anyone but PLEASE CHECK THE DATES.

  Waiting for the grocery pick up took over an hour. Staff was really helpful though despite the fact that they are seriously being overwhelmed. I think Walmart needs to give them some more helpers for this obviously popular option for getting your groceries.

  This is a review for Walmart pick up at this location. I do my shopping online when is necessary and most of the time I’m satisfied, sometimes they change things because they don’t have what I order, no big deal although it happens every time I have placed an ordered. What I don’t really like is when they give me old stuff, it seems that they put what is about to expire fruit or veggies that are damaged or something that probably is being seated outside the fridge when is not supposed to. Today July 31 2022 I placed an order and they gave me a cheese full of mold. These cheese expires on December so they probably had it outside the fridge for days. Carrots came old and a package of lettuce that expires tomorrow and I already see it’s kind of brown. I know the service it’s free and it’s convenience when we don’t have time to do shopping, but I don’t think is fair expecting one thing and receive another.

  I recently visited Walmart in Mason on 1/28/22 and went to the cosmetic isle to look for my favorite makeup. While in the process of scanning that section, I noticed something. Only the darker complected makeup contained yellow security tags. This is racially offensive and biased on it’s face. My daughter is this very complexion. The question is; Is Walmart insinuating all dark complected people of color are thieves? I know this to be untrue as I worked for the Sherrif’s Office in this county for 13 years.I brought this issue to the attention of other people of color in the store, and they were ready to protest. Store camera footage will show a few people approach me in the checkout line to discuss this situation.

  Ironically, there policy talks about inclusion. This definitely goes against everything there policy talks about.

  This issue may seem small to some, but when we talk about equality and disparities this is only a tip of the iceberg.

  It seems that no matter what people of color do to be treated equally, it’s never enough. My father is a Vietnam Vet, grandfather World War II Vet, daughter’s father marched in President Clinton’s Inauguration, his brother trained cadets at West Point and he was a Medic in the Gulf War, I was a Correction Officer for 19 years.

  People of color face disparities when it comes to; businesses in our community, education, police brutality, investment in our community, clean drinking water, education, gentrification and the list goes on. I was born and raised in Flint, Michigan where the government knowingly allowed the citizens of Flint (which is majority a black city) to drink bad water. One of my great grandmother was actually a slave.

  Although our country has come a long way, we still have a lot of work to do, and change starts with all of us.

  A huge thank you to Mike the General Manager, Brittany and Robin in Pick Up department and to the 2 Men who helped me with my special delivery on Sunday 11/13/22. We were grateful to even have help with this, but they went above & beyond and delivered it the very same day. ..also would not except gratuity for helping us. We are new to the area and this is our new Walmart is now our store we will be using, so this makes us so happy knowing we will be shopping at a location that has such AWESOME employees! THANK YOU is an understatement.

  Quick checkout if you go through self checkout. But when we went through the standard checkout this past weekend, our cashier informed us they couldn’t sell us something because it was missing its price tag. We went through each item on the shelf to find one with a price tag, none had them. She said she’d get her supervisor but they probably wouldn’t respond. I have worked retail, and if something is missing a tag, there are work around options. Apparently that isn’t the case for a big corporation like Walmart.

  I purchased 4 new Good Year Reliant 235/50R18 tires from Walmart and had their service dept. rim, balance, and put them on car. Service did a good job and I have no complaints in regards to their work. It did take 4 hours to finish the job due to staffing issues.

  I drove 2 and 1/2 hours out of state to PA directly from getting the job done. Tires gripped the dry road very well, however, they were a little loud at first. On my way back later that night, I drove into a thunderstorm in and around Akron and the tires handled the roads extremely well.

  I’ve been driving on these tires for almost 2 weeks and put 800 miles on them since purchase and install. They are pretty good tires for the money and still zero issues with service dept.’s work.

  Got my tires done by the auto tech staff and an oil change. Took a little bit of time but they were good to go when my appointment started. Also, bought some items and forgot them and they were able to grab them and hold onto them for me until I returned.

  Waited 3 hours in pickup for one item. Customers drove up to the door and received their items. Called customer service desk twice and asked the employees outside as to how long the wait was. They were rude and not helpful. Had 2 customers pull in beside me and both received their orders within 10 minutes of parking. Will not be shopping at this store anymore.

  I love Walmart. It is the second time this week I had to go through the receipt check. Today was for water and bleach, she said. Meanwhile, I watched the person in front of me walk out with small electronics and some clothes, paid for with a 5 finger discount. I was definitely profiled.

  I like walamart in general. Not this one. Last week I checked in with the app that I was parked in spot 17 for my pickup. 30 minutes, and several other cars later, I had to call them by phone to get them to bring my order out. This week, I ordered for drop off delivery because I did not want to repeat that. They “attempted” to deliver but were unable to on the 2nd. It’s a store. There was no reason they couldn’t have delivered. It is now the 6th, the app has said they will try again later for 4 days. Zero progress for 4 days. They have not attempted again. I can’t get the store by phone. Have tried multiple times and different lines, no one answers. I contacted someone through the app to try and get their help. They could not contact the store either, still no one picking up. I can’t continue to wait for this package. It’s a present for a niece with autism. I need this specific item. I’m going to have to go inside and find a manager to get my item, which is embarrassing and should not be necessary. I’ve tried several avenues to try and get my item, with no luck. I do not have any issues with the walmart on Lexington Springmill. I won’t be using this one again, I just don’t have enough patience for it.
