  1. Great savoury food and service at executive lounge. Rooms are clean, though slightly dated. Lots of families.

    Requested for early check-in at 12pm but due to the busy period, they were unable to do so. Understood this so we requested for late checkout instead, which they accommodated.

    The hotel restaurant overbooked the breakfast buffet with public walk-ins during the peak period. Hotel guests who has breakfast included in their stay, had to wait for available tables. Was told to come early before 8am instead as they’re empty then. So does this mean hotel guest are not the priority for meals they’ve paid for and have to adhere to quiet times?

    Also, would breakfast be possible at the lounge for those who has access to it? To prevent overbooked and overcrowded breakfast times? Management to review this.

  2. Enjoyed the experience! Room was clean and staff went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. Our room was impeccably decorated and had a small cake to celebrate a birthday! Definitely a five star ⭐ experience!

  3. We had our mid year retreat at the renaissance and we had the best experience! Snacks were great during our meetings
    And the buffet as well had decent variety!
    The area is good too they have massage places and convenient stores and restaurants around which is great!

  4. Perfect hotel to relax and unwind for a few days! The service is impeccable, it was very comfortable and enjoyable 😁 rooms were clean, but connecting rooms might be noisy if you unfortunately have inconsiderate neighbours. Do contact the hotel management if anything arises, they are really hospitable. The cookies upon arrival was a wonderful touch!

    Check-in and check-out was certainly smooth and there was no waiting time at all 😊

  5. Nice clean rooms. Nice staff.. room service menu acceptable. However there is a lack of hotel bar. Or the bar was closed due to Ramadan. However it would be great if a hotel bar could have been on top floor or something. There is constant wedding parties at the hotel and the restaurant is usually full in weekends. Dinner buffet has a great selection. Overall great experience and recommendable.

    I recently stayed at AmanSari residence Resort for a reunion event and I highly recommend it! They offers excellent facilities for events and gatherings, and I was particularly impressed by the indoor swimming pool. It was great to relax by the poolside while my kids enjoyed themselves. The food was also above average and added to the enjoyable experience. I even extended my stay for an extra day to take advantage of the spa services, which were fantastic. After a sauna session, I indulged in a massage, which was incredibly relaxing. Overall, this venue exceeded my expectations and I would definitely come back again for another event or even a personal vacation.

    The view is very beautiful and the rooms are luxurious and reasonably priced. I really like the tidiness and arrangement that is neat and beautiful and comfortable. The family also likes it very much because of the good and best service and food. Suitable for me anyone newly married to spend the night here to enjoy their best night

    Highly recommended place for reunions and events. I’ve stayed for 3 days and 2 nights.. food is above average i must say.. indoor swimming pool is the most thing i love here while i chilling by the pool side while my kids having their great time..i took extra day purposely to enjoy the massage at the spa(damn relaxing) after a sauna session.

    Nice to stay with friends and families. Ample parking, good reception services, friendly staff at the eatery, good room with pleasant ambiance. Those who need to get away from the hustle and city noise, should stay here. Quiet and relaxing. Excellent big pool too. Recommended to all friends and families.

    it has a modern & latest design. They have an indoor swimming pool that can help me relax and forget all the problems from work and spacious parking for guests. All the foods also very delicious and i genuinely have a great experience with this resort. Very recommended

    Stayed at the villa for a company trip. The place honestly looks a bit old, so does the facilities. But it’s actually really clean, for the most part. The changing room at the pool is not very clean and the smell is definitely not something that i like. The staff are all friendly and helpful. So, at least the humane experience is good. It’s a peaceful place and very zen. If you like that, it’s a good place for a holiday.

Overall the resort is old and facilities had been more and more run down after Covid. But the hotel staff service is good. And their room rate did not include breakfast, need to pay extra RM32 per pax for continental breakfast. Many people came here for their golf course which looks quite good, but I didn’t tried.

    Very spacious and clean bunglow with 4 rooms and 4bath. 3 attach on top floor with fmly hall and sofa bed. Big dining area with large living. Easily accommodate 10 people. Fully air-condition. 30minutes away from town
