The self check out was awful. I bought a lot of groceries and it wouldn’t let me put them in my cart. The register kept making a dinging sound and an employee had to keep coming over and use his card. I tried 3 times to use my debit card and had to use another form of payment. I’m done with Krogers!
Visiting Marietta, just stopped in for Columbus dispatch. Really not much to report on. Did appear to be nice and clean from my short visit.
Great place to shop, I couldn’t find something so I asked and he not only told me where it was he took me right to it ..
By far the dirtiest grocery store I’ve ever been in. Self scan was backed way up and one cash register was open. Called to complain and she was more rude than I was. A lot of choices out there. Goodbye Kroger.
Two separate days at complete different times the customer service was closed. Why would you close it when people are getting off work?
