Encountered an elderly woman attempting to shop for produce, yet could not get high enough to reach the produce bags. She stood less than 5ft. tall, said she suffers with arthritis, and asked if I could reach up for her to have a bag.
Normally produce bags should be located throughout the produce department, and at heights that are accessible for all. Customer service was too busy to take the complaint. And later, would not even answer their phone.
Sad!
I was in self checkout and a man with a baby left the store without paying. An old man next to me said oh well he was waiting on the cashier to help and she never came. While we are watching the guy put the baby and most of the groceries in the car the old man next to me did the same thing. SAD. But security should have been called. Not enough floating cashiers to help with self chechout.

I hadn’t thought of doing any updates to my prior reviews here on Google they were not so good .
I walked in and over to produce and my mind was blown away! Ms.Lisa has it looking as if I stepped into a food magazine! Every single thing looked so fresh I didn’t want to stop staring at it!
Rest of store looked clean. Some shelf restocking needed but other than that it is looking a lot better!

Staff was very friendly and lines weren’t too long because they had a few lanes open, wish my formula was there but they had one he could use! Also veggies looked very clean and fresh wasn’t alot but what was there was good quality
They are way too rude & unprofessional @ this location one of the mangers came out super rude which was very unprofessional had an attitude she was actually worse then the cashier too sad.Krogers thus far is actually one of myfavorite groceries shopping centers Not this the location though…
And the same exact manger that I am referring too I literally caught her giving me this very hateful evil look as if she wanted to try something with me…I pray demons Away on a daily so.
