They have a offer going on where you buy participating products and you get a pin code to redeem and this is my second visit the cashier has kept my coupon both times. I think that is ridiculous. I will not be returning to the Milan location as I feel that is stealing from me.
This store is terrible. Their selection isn’t great. They don’t carry a lot of what the Ann Arbor Krogers do.
We’ve been doing pickup orders, and they just keep getting botched. They leave out a huge portion of the food and don’t even tell you, they just quietly refund a portion of your bill. When you get home you don’t have all of the ingredients to make most of the meals you had planned. Any produce you get from a pickup order is just about to go bad, except for the berries, which are already bad.
They’ve finally convinced me to go to Ypsilanti to the Meijer. They also have a pickup option that I’ll be using.
Ah yes, good Ol’ Milan Kroger. You got the constantly raising prices, and that grouchy old lady at the Uscans, (we get it, we all do have bad days) and of course, the Uscans that never work half the time, and you got the employees that don’t think to put a sign that says “broken” or “card only” and the products, you gotta search deep because some employees either don’t know FIFO or customers rearranged everything, not gonna place sole blame on employees for that one.
Only reason I’m not giving this store a 1 star, is because of the amazing people over at the pharmacy, they’re great every time. Now I understand inflation, and why the need to raise costs so high (even though some places are indeed cheaper) but there’s no reason employees need to be rude (not all, just had a couple bad experiences with the one, y’all know who I mean)
Zero stars!! Refuses to post my reviews about expired/moldy food on shelves & being assaulted in the self check out line. Employees did nothing. A nice older gentleman customer walked me to my car bc he was afraid of be assaulted again or killed in the parking lot. Shut this store down
I will no longer be coming to this location. The old woman at the u-scan is extremely rude, she rolls her eyes and is pushy about interacting with my infant every time I take him shopping. I’d rather drive out to Ypsilanti than be harassed every time I need groceries!
