Not only were my groceries wrong incorrectly, and over wrong. There is nobody at the service desk to assist with us. The store has gone downhill in a hurry.
Someone explain to me how it’s even remotely acceptable for management to tell their employees. They have to either pump in a bathroom or in a dirty closet with a camera in it. I have half a mind to call corporate and report this. Management do better.
Just got back from this Krogers, still not enough inventory, bad or no produce, whole store is unclean. Most employees are trying to do a good job. But the cashiers….well the one I had today should be fired. Unpleasant, rude, argumentative and then as I left called me names. Thought I didn’t hear her. Wait till Monday when I call corporate.
This is the worst Kroger I’ve ever been to… not just once every time I’ve been there… shelves are never stocked.. and there’s not enough people working in the store… check out always takes at least 40 minutes… save yourself a lot of grief and go somewhere else. I will from now on
I have never been so disappointed in kroger in my life. I will never return to this location as I will go out of my way to meijer from now on. I just got off a 16 hour shift, got in line for one of the 2 functioning uscans in the store only to find out another line had started forming as I stood in the aisle way patiently waiting. I was then instructed to move to the back of the line behind people that had gotten there after me. Completely unacceptable
