This place was beautiful when it first opened. You can tell by the photos. Unfortunately, the neighborhood has residents that come to the store to do nothing else other than trash it. I don’t understand people that purposely put items in the wrong place, especially refrigerated items. But here’s a photo of pretty much the only section of the store that stays neat and clean.
They’re either short staffed or don’t care about bottle returns department. Produce is usually rotten on the shelves. Never fully stocked in the meat department. The Sushi station is the best part about this Kroger.
Greetings. This is one of the largest and cleanest Krogers I have ever been to. I loved the selections and the people were very helpful. Check out was quick and easy. The bagger and clerk were courteous and polite. There were several shopping carts with wheel issues and when we left there were none in the store racks. Hopefully they had someone collecting them from the parking lot, but we didn’t see anyone. There was a person serenading people in the parking lot. He had a really good voice. That was nice.
Solid chance of there not being any carts inside the store any given time of day, the self checkout lines are frequently backed up all the way down the aisle if you make the mistake of showing up at anything close to normal shopping times. Prices are not good, you can often find the exact same brands and items cheaper in other stores like Target or Meijer. No reason at all to go here other than if the location is convenient and even then there’s an Aldi literally a hundred feet away.
I get it’s a grocery store, but no matter what time of day or day there’s always long lines. Mainly cause there’s no employees even working and ones that do are clueless and don’t help. Very limited stock, most stuff is out. Overall, gross store, long lines, no stock. Would rather drive further for somewhere else.
