Great service. My experience could be better if they have cashiers help. There a a million self check out options. Being there with my children is very hard sometimes having to ring up, bag, and have eyes monitoring you like a hawk instead of ringing you up. The employees are always nice.

I recently used the money service center at Walmart and was very pleased with the experience. The staff were helpful and friendly, and they assisted me quickly and efficiently. The process was smooth and straightforward, and I was able to complete my transaction in a timely manner. I was also impressed with the security measures in place at the money service center, which made me feel confident that my money was being handled safely. Overall, I would highly recommend the money service center at Walmart to anyone in need of these types of services.

A bunch of lazy slobs standing around, in the way yelling two inches from each other. Didn’t stop them from suddenly darting in the way of someone trying to get merchandise off the shelf.A big able bodied girl was joyriding on a scootypuff and kept backing up smirking as she blocked me from grabbing some flavored water, which was next to cookie and salty snacks which she seemed to be guarding. Don’t worry honey, you can have all the diabetes to yourself.
She was very pleased with herself for wasting a few seconds of my day so I’m guessing she’s a honor student at a nearby college.
I have not seen such a miserable store and I have to live in this disgusting neighborhood awhile longer.

Zero Professionalism even among management. Many misplaced items on shelves, so you won’t really know the true price of an item until you get to the check out. An atmosphere of unhappiness that you can see. I wouldn’t shop here for your own sanity.

It was 5 days before Xmas at 4p and the place was very well stocked. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to find items I looked for. Surprisingly, I was able to zip thru checkout using the self checkout. I always like the kitchen wares there because you can find unusual, beautifully decorated plates, bowls…dinnerware, among the rest. Forget about ambiance there during holiday shopping. It can remind you of Costco in some aisles. It’s all about providing as many affordable options as possible. It’s best if you know exactly what you want before getting there.

I went in on yesterday and it was absolutely horrific. Not one bottle of hot sauce in store. Shelves completely bare no spring water in store at all frozen section’s almost bare. Only think stocked was the bread! You could literally hear echoes of people complaining about not finding what’s needed due to no inventory. It was like shopping through scraps. NEVER EVER AGAIN WALMART

Its all about when you want to shop at this place. If it before 9 or 10am on a week day its cool. Any other time, you will see things you’ll wish you hadn’t.

I called to see if a product was in stock a few times. When an associate answered, I asked about the product and the associate started to have a conversation with some other woman. All I heard in the background was a woman saying take care of the instore customers first. I was then hung up on. I tried calling back but no one answered.

Definitely not the associate’s fault as she sounded ready to help. I’m not sure why the other person thought it’d be okay to tell an associate to dismiss a customer they are already on the phone with. In store and over the phone customers are both important.

If you have W+ and this location on 83rd is the store for your delivery be prepared for a ride…half the items are unavailable 😕 even though it says in stock. Lord don’t let them substitute unless you want a family size package or diet item. The delivery driver may bring all your food or 4 items out of the 35 that you were charged !!!!

This Walmart is clean, well stocked, organized and offers a variety of healthy produce, high quality organic as well as a rich variety of ethnic foods you wouldn’t find at all locations. The checkout is quick because of a large number of self-checkout options. The only real upgrade this place needs is in the maintenance on some of the carts that can often be wonky so be sure to check your cart before you push into the store and have to keep fighting it to navigate properly. It’s a real asset for the neighborhood and all the college students that come to shop here

There is no customer greeter, which is unheard of for a Walmart. But in place of a greeter there is the ever present security team standing there and just staring as you first walk in. Weird. I am not sure whether they ever actually prevented a theft or not. They just stand there like they’re untrained. And then as you pass through the little gate to go shopping, the alarm will go off for no reason. Apparently this is routine and it is just ignored. The alarm going off for no reason is annoying. And use the restroom at home before going to this Walmart as their restroom is single use, for one person, and this is a major department store. So you will have to wait. Anyway it is too dirty to use.

I ordered my groceries online last night to be picked up the following day from 5-6pm for what I thought would make my day easier. I intended to pick up right after work. I get a email right at 5 stating my order was not ready right as I’m pulling into the shopping center. So I leave an await a email saying it’s ready. Then when I finally did get the email it was ready they were out of 4 items. I pull into my spot and I’m still sitting here 45 mins later. At this point I could have went in an got my own groceries. What a disappointment and don’t get me started on the curbside area parking its so jammed you can’t get in an out without maneuvering your car back-and-forth seven times just to get out the spot so you don’t hit the car behind you. Just an accident waiting to happen. I watched multiple cars have difficulties getting in and out.

I go to this Walmart pretty regularly and it’s fine but some of the workers are horrible. Today, no one was around the changing room that I could find so I went into a stall, only for a worker to enter while I was changing in order to take some bras. She was incredibly rude and unapologetic about violating my privacy, and she then blamed me for slamming the door which I wasn’t even touching due to the fact that I was trying to cover myself up and she was the person who opened the door in the first place. It was extremely upsetting, especially given my PTSD as a survivor of abuse. When I finished trying on clothes and confronted her, she was once again incredibly rude and refused to apologize. JUST KNOCK.

The store doesn’t honor posed prices. I went to customer service because the item rang up differently. The sled associate went to check and came back stating the manage were said i could get $50 dollars. The price was posted and it lsp read exactly what the item is. The sales associate said it’s because they have been remodeling…

This was my first time at this store and it will be my last. There were no carts when we arrived at this store. The Greeter had no way of calling a manager because they manger was fired. A team leader was In charged and she could care less. They had no walkie talkies. This store was disgusting. Ghetto! I suggest you guys head to homewood.

All the remodeling to make the store look nice- For what? They have 20 million self checkout machines just so that they only have 2 open. Ridiculous! This store is plain trash! If you can avoid this store, do so at all costs. There’s no organization and it is always filthy. A lot of the prices on shelves do not match when items are scanned. Be careful because they are charging us higher prices while checking out. Let’s not talk about the employees, they have the worse customer service, they talk obscenities between them in front of customers, very unprofessional people in the workplace, and always on their phones. This store needs a literal clean up of the store, employees and management. That being said, AVOID this store!

Terrible. Barely stocked frozen area. Saw they were redoing the frozen doors but it was swamped! Got word that this was the 2nd time in a weeks span that it looked like this. They were out of a lot of items. Not just frozen. I should have just visited Aldi but I made the trip here 1st because there was something specific I wanted but of course it was out. Oh well.

No cashiers at all. Online pickup was under satisfactory. If I pay for something Online, I expect all of my items to be brought to me. I wasted precious time waiting for over 20 minutes for them to bring items that was not in my bag.

Store was really clean and well fronted shortly after it opened for the day. Plenty of product available. The self checkouts are terrible. Miss the face to face staffed registers. Took me 4 shopping carts to get one that didn’t roll with a locked up wheel.

Ordered online for curbside pickup. Checked in 42 minutes ago, and my order still hasn’t come out
Finally got my order. Took an hour and 10 minutes and me going and knocking on the pickup door until one of the staff back there (who were all sitting around in their phones) came over.
Once they brought the order out their excuse was “I dunno what happened. There’s this girl that sets up the orders and she went on break or something”

Worst experience in Walmart’s pickup service ever. I pre-paid yesterday for less than 10 items I followed all the instructions pulled up into the reserve parking lane text him that I was here and I’ve been waiting over 45 minutes for my groceries. I watch other cars who come after me get their groceries and many of them have much larger orders tonight. This isn’t an organized operation management management needs to look into what their weaknesses are and their inability to process orders timely!
