Excellent choice of food and non food. Good fresh produce, bakery, meat selection. Canned goods and camping supplies. Lots of toys and fun things and electronics. Great selection of off brand affordable products. A great Wal-Mart

Even if it says it is in stock, it is best to assume it is not . So it will be a good suprise when it’s in stock, not a bad shock when they don’t have it. When you take time to check online before driving 20 miles or more one way to the store, it gets frustrating when they can’t keep what items they have straight. I understand pendemic and shipping and supply chain issues are making things hard to get in. I do not understand how a stalk crew can just not keep the online stuff more up to date. Also If you upset the shift leader you will also most likely send them on a power trip and they will tell you to leave, even when you comply with their wishes to not use words that hurt their feelings.

The customer service is absolutely wonderful. I had occasion to ask for assistance finding an item more than twice. The sales representatives went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I can usually find what I need. I didn’t give 5 stars as they have very few organic vegetables. Honestly, the service is 5 star!!!!!!!

5 stars just for the nice greeter by the “home and pharmacy” door. She is an older women with shoulder length white (some gray) hair and pins it on the sides, she has black brimmed glasses. She had a super sweet “hello” this morning and kept her area clean. HOWEVER, Walmart needs to work on the stock, it said it was in the store and it was not.

I like Walmart, it has everything. I am now familiar with Stillwater branch in Bangor-Maine. Staff are friendly and help you even if they are in the middle of something. Still, I hope they consider the Lebanese food in it, almost none is there. But really, you find a lot and beyond of what you might even think about.

Some of the staff is very sweet, very nice people and that’s why I have one star on here even if I could leave no stars! Their building is falling apart, when it was raining they had buckets for the roof that was leaking, there’s holes in one wall I’ve seen and the floors dirty also! There’s outlets that have wires exposed no covers. There’s mold we have seen on another wall! Many many other code violations! The building needs torn down and rebuilt, not just fixed at this point. There was bugs one day cooked into 2 not one but 2 loaves of their bread and their was mold in 1 donut that was supposed to be good till the 24th and today is the 10th. They haven’t changed their signs for their prices of food and I didn’t realize it till it was way over and I looked at the receipt tonight and half the stuff was more expensive then their signs and they are supposed to acknowledge their signs so that’s rediculous that they didn’t for us! They only have one to two registers open every time we go there! They are very slow on the registers on top of that with really really long lines. They defiantly don’t have enough help but that’s everywhere and other places are doing better with short staff! They closed the fitting room before 8 tonight (around 630) when last time they were closed they said it was because it was AFTER 8 so that made no since and the girl was rude also with her head phones in so she can’t even hear you anyways! The pharmacy is amazing, they are wonderful people and helpful also

Frankly, I would normally want to support smaller businesses, not a big box. But during the pandemic this store really stepped up and kept us safe.

They had separate hours, albeit extremely early, for seniors. In the rare incident where I needed to go into a store, I felt safe during this time. Most of the time however, I went online to shop, reserve a time, and (free of charge,) Walmart employees shopped and put my items in the back of my car. Sometimes items were out of stock by the time I got there and they always let me know. Certainly understanding with supply chain issues. But in the rare instance that an item was wrong or not up to quality standards, it was handled promptly.

When other stores charged for each pickup or delivery services jacked the prices up and then charged for delivery, we loved the fair pricing, good service and range of products here.

Now my favorite big box, I thank you Walmart for keeping us safe.

I love this location compared to other Walmart locations. The employees are always helpful & many have gone above & beyond to help me find an item.

I hope people understand that the store is extremely under staffed so things may not be as consistent as they were before Covid. Items may not always be available and checkout lines may be longer than usual but this store has been doing a great job keeping up as best as they can.

When I’m looking for something specific I just call before heading over and customer service is always willing to physically go look to make certain the item/s is/are available.

I live about the same distance from this location as the North Windham one but I definitely prefer to go to Scarborough because they usually have a better selection.

    Dishonesty.
Busy working professional here who tries to do errands on a single day off from work. Earlier today, I made a big purchase of household items from food to cleaning supplies so I don’t have to worry of what I don’t have or miss especially in days that I am working. As I got home, I checked my receipt. I noticed that the more expensive items in the list were charged/scanned twice. Who knows that the cashier also scanned the cheaper items multiple times. I could have done it myself to scan and go but I didn’t want to inconvenience people who have lesser items than I do. It’s not hard to scan items and remember them being scanned once especially the bigger stuff. I have read articles before about Walmart doing this. My bill came up to $700. I expected it to be a lot but then again, from just the two items I noticed that was scanned twice, it came to about 60ish. Again, I don’t know how many more of the purchases I made that the cashier has scanned more than once and put it onto my bill. Not a hard thing task to do- scan, attention and focus, and avoid double-charging customers🤦🏻‍♀️😩

Normally, I want things done right and will have things like this addressed. But such a waste of time and energy to just go back and have all items checked individually vs what are in the receipt.

Very good place to eat. One of the best grocery stores in locality. Has a play area where kids can spend time. Wait time and queue is usually less than other areas. Next to other famous chains like subway dominos and has a very spacious parking space. Wast variety to shop for. Cheap and budget friendly.

I have actually never been to this specific Walmart. But I do not recommend. The parking lot has moving poles that jump out randomly in front of your car. Multiple people have experienced this here. Probably best to proceed to the next closest Walmart so you and your car to have the best shopping experience. 1 star

So when did the cashiers not have to at least help you bag groceries? Why even have them ring you up? Mine as well replace them with machines and just have 1 or 2 people who are good with people and the machine help if you need it. She literally watched me bag my own stuff and struggle to reach something that was close to her and didn’t even hand me it. Another customer was waiting, would have been faster to help. I took my time.

I HAVE had problems with products with damaged or been used and put in a box on sale floors having to return it several times Don’t act like A Thrift Store sell GOOD QUALITY. I WILL NO LONGER SHOP THERE. TREAT CUSTOMERS BETTER
By Terrance Brennan (2 months ago)
The store as a hole is five stars but items that people need most basic cleaning and clothes but no 3 or 4 xl winter jackets that’s disappointing because I’ve seen guys that need that size. I’m one of them. The other issue is I needed a 4 seasons tent because I lost my home to new landlord so I need to have this kind of tent that will allow heating and keeps all that rain snow and wing out of the tent would be ideal but it would be to be at a cost that isnt going to take every last penny of the homeless person getting your tent. So there is room for improvement but this company only keeps these items that will sell quick and only seasonal. We will see if Walmart will do something about this because there are thousands of people in the same boat and we need help. Thank you for reading.

I don’t care what people have to say I’m a Walmart shopper and I’m not too proud to say it. Some people swear they’ll never go in but I’m not loaded with money and I need their prices. I normally find good deals.

Nice little spot to enjoy a little Summer treat. Ordered a medium soft serve chocolate vanilla twist cone. Unfortunately, they were out of chocolate sprinkles and had to settle for rainbow. The cone was huge and I barely finished it. Would order a small next time. There is a nice little picnic area in back to sit and enjoy your treat.

Classic Walmart location. Huge parking lot, huge floorplan, and freak show clientele. I enjoy people watching at Walmart and this location is no exception. The prices are great. The selection is varied. All is what you have dancing around in your mind at the moment. Must-see reality…

It’s a nice Wal-Mart, and I would have rated it higher, but the carts are ridiculous. I saw three people that had to leave their carts and go get another, because they couldn’t push them. They really need new carts. If you can’t afford a gym membership just go and push one of their carts around the store and you’ll get one heck of a workout.

This Walmart is a joke. No one ever answers the phone when you call. I’ve spent a half hour repeatedly trying to call and no answer. Every single time I try calling them it’s always like this. I have a grocery pickup order and have been sitting here for 25-30 mins trying to contact them for my pickup. My husband finally goes inside and they told him that pickup is closed for a couple of days. Well someone picked our order and we got a notification that it was ready just to show up and be told it is closed down for a couple days. They had to call someone over to come and get our groceries for us. What a joke.

Why are soo many people ignorant when it comes to how to shop and be polite to others. Even some of the staff today. Don’t block the entire isle then stand there wondering why I’m staring at you. Pretend the isles are lanes on a road and look before cutting people off constantly. Enter the proper door and exit the proper door. Makes you crazy trying to shop when you’re disabled
✭✭✭ By Dustin Jones (3 months ago)
Overall will never understand having some many self check out lanes where they pay 1 person to watch you cash out then have your receipt checked when you exit. Maybe hire some humans and train them thoroughly 🤷🏻‍♀️

Found the rest of my bath towels. Ordered online, and it showed all my items in stock, but when the Walmart employee brought my items, he reported my hand towel was out of stock. I decided yo go in for something else, and on the shelf, there were several hand towels on the back of the shelf. 🤷‍♀️

Wow what a horrible establishment. They make it so you have no choice but to go here for the things you need yet when you try to find someone to help you in store or call them by phone they don’t answer at all. This place is bad for small mom and pop shops and they get hired to do a job they don’t do. They should be ashamed of the poor customer service they have for customers.
By Candice Tracy (in the last week)
This store has just gotten worse. I am tired of the stores employees shopping for the pick ups. They are rude and seem to forget they are being paid by the hour. The shoppers there shopping should be able to access what they are there for as well. Cynthia in produce is the worst ever employee. Meanwhile in Bangor a dog goes to the bathroom (both) in the middle of an aisle. Shopper tells one of your store shoppers about it…she just carried on filling her order. Disgusting, obviously not a service animal…therapy pets are not listed as being allowed. Gross
