  Today I came to buy a vacuum and the display was showing $79,00 and when I scan the vacuum it was showing $99. I requested the manager (Amanda) to resolve the problem, she definitely doesn’t know what she is doing as a manager. She gave a horrible atitude and a really bad customer service.

  Walmart is a joke. People working everywhere but can’t open the glass door when you page multiple times. Had a problem with spray paint also. If you just keep stocking and don’t sell things then you would not even be working.

  It’s been awhile since I stepped foot into a Walmart. This place has pretty much everything you need whether it’s groceries, electronics, clothes, tools, etc which is the reason why I gave it three stars. Even though there is a vast selection of items, the associates could improve on their customer service skills. The cashier was nice but everybody else lacks when it comes to customer service. Sometimes it’s the little things like that why I prefer Target over WalMart. It’s more of a maybe if I will return here.

  NOT RV FRIENDLY, despite two explicit permissions gained from management!

  I arrived here with my RV and asked a manageress with authority (as she was bossing around others) for confirmation that this Walmart does too allow overnight stays. When exiting the store with $130 of purchases, I did run into a security guy who equally confirmed that overnighting is no issue and advised me to move closer to the yellow Lowe’s chain as no one ever parks there, which I did. I was very surprised to then be greeted by a different manager with security at 10.30 pm giving me 30 minutes to leave. He explained that a big boss (NV area manager) was visiting the store today and explicitly ordered him to move my RV away.

  Only when moving I did notice the one sign that actually bans overnight parking. Just makes me wonder why local management and security didn’t say so, when I asked.

  I placed a grocery delivery order this morning & it said it would be arriving 12pm-1pm. About 20 minutes before 1pm, they sent me a message saying, sorry your Walmart delivery is delayed. They will alert me as soon as driver is on the way. I said okay, I get it. Sometimes we are very busy or short staffed maybe they’re just running a little late. 7-8 hours later I decided to cancel my order because they never got back at me! I tried calling the store to check the status on my order & no one answered. It’s very hard to find very good customer service these days! The said part was that my kids were waiting for their stuff. It sucks that I relied on them. We are tipping & paying a fee to have access for them to deliver. Now does it have to be a huge tip to get it done? Why offer this, if you can’t get the job done? How is it our fault? It’s just better to be honest & say it’s not going to get delivered, than to have someone wait for NOTHING!!!!! I am very disappointed!

  Good store with plenty of food options.
  However, it was disappointing to see that they don’t really have that many vegan options given the size of the store.
  Also, we couldn’t find a power socket adapter in the electronics section which should be quite a basic item in such an international city like Vegas.

  Good shop overall, but there are certainly improvement opportunities.

  So I’m sitting here in the parking lot of walmart a little disappointed of my interaction with a customer service employee, I Waited In line for 30 minutes . I told him I was there to pick up money and I Gave him my confirmation number and I.d. He tells me my information is incorrect and they don’t have any info of anyone that had sent me money . So he gave me back my i.d and told me to recheck my confirmation number and which i did and It was Correct , he just didn’t want to give me the money. Which Idk why ?. After Insisting, He agreed to “double check ” the system and all of a sudden my information came up . I was so irritated by it , i just got my money and left Walmart .

  Which shopping at Walmart after shopping at Sam’s club there was a clearance rack in the back of the store with a lot of the same items every to look for an employee to see what the the price was there is no employee really to be found to check price so we when I went to check out and they say that that rack is used more than just for clearance it’s used for a mod rack while remodeling so the prices that they ring up with original price not to mention the self-service associate I had asked her if she could go check the price of it or have a manager check to see if it was on sale for me and she had told us no and when I went to see what her name was she had her badge turned over while on the clock and I let her know I’ll just make a review and she said yeah that’s fine just go ahead and do that with a rude attitude for a large corporation I feel that they don’t make an effort to help the to keep their customer satisfied as you can see on your review page about the employees I feel that should be approach

  I know I shouldn’t expect much from an expedition to Walmart in the holiday season, but really? This place was a zoo! The produce was unbelievably bad, with old vegetables, wrinkled grapes that had been pawed through, and potato’s on the shelf that were already sprouting roots. Then after fighting through the aisles, we get to check and bag all our own groceries as hawk eyed associates look is over while they chat among themselves. If they took all the associates standing there watching us check and bag our own groceries and put them on check stands, there would be enough to cut the lines down. Not a nice place to shop.

  Everything is locked up. Ghetto is a nice word. I feel sorry for the few workers who were actually nice. Lots if not most were miserable as well as the ghetto customer base. I used to live close by and it was a regular store. Not anymore. Sad. Stay away.

  I always have a good experience when I come to this Walmart. The employees here are always super helpful and super polite and they go out of their way to make sure that I get what I went there to get if they can and if they can’t for whatever reason help me do what I need to do then they’re very polite about it and they’re not ever rude about it. And that right there is a very surprising thing because they are severely understaffed here and spread thin so I commend them for their help and their professionalism.
  The photo the photos are examples of how short stuff they are right now you can see there’s no baskets in the cubby right there and the lights are out in the parking lot I don’t know why but they are. But the people are ever so helpful they’re hella cool

  Numerous times over the last year I’ve picked up items in the store that had a particular price posted and they would not honor it. This morning, on my way to work they had a great deal on something. I went to the registered ring up regular price. I showed the cashier the display, which was visual from where we stood. She would not fix it, said she had to call manager. After almost 10 minutes of waiting a manager still had not arrived. Mind you this was at 7:30 in the morning on a Tuesday. There were a whole 20 other people in the store. What a great way to start your morning! This Walmart just continues to disappoint me and I will never shop there again.

  The workers were pleasant. The atmosphere was also pleasant. The workers stopped to help me find products with their app phones.The checkout cashiers were slower than molasses from the 1960’s and lines of people were growing at a standstill after 1030pm.

  Adequate store. Most of the employees were wearing head phones listening to they’re music or such time. Most are easy to talk to. But too many to go have the excuse of “My bad!” I’m going to punch the next person who basically says that! 😒

  I can get fresh food here. The salads come with forks. The fruit looks good. They even have cheese cake. It’s a very small older Walmart but they have a lot in it. I found great pillows and they have EGGS. I’ll post a picture of the price of the eggs and milk. I’m so happy to find it. But the traffic in the parking lot is crazy busy!

  There are 2 restrooms. The one in the back girls room had a full length mirror. I loved that. It was very clean.

  I have never in all my Walmart experiences been to a more crowded, poorly maintained store. Never come here if in a hurry, the line for “speedy” checkout took nearly 45 minutes. It’s far faster to go to a super center 10 more minutes away 5hat is less crowded and the lines actually move and still have time to spare.

  Not a very long wait when I came to check out. Very good selection of hygiene products and different clothes. The food department is relatively small. They did have wheelchair accessible parking.

  Everything was good. It was busy as all walmarts are. I had to get a blanket and they had plenty. Only thing is I needed to make a key and I had to do it at a kiosk and I didn’t get the key I wanted. Now you need a certain type of key which this is my first Time hearing.

  This Walmart Supercenter is located off Rancho and Lake Mead. This store has a garden, pharmacy, clothing, electronics, grocery, games, crafts, home decor, and everything that you would need for your house. That have a section that is $5 and under. All different kinds of sales to get the best price for your money. Can find good deals here.

  This Walmart is nice and light. The aisles were funky tho. The smell was atrocious. On the bright side their snacks and drinks section in the front is wonderful, convenient and nicely stocked. I was pleasantly surprised to see they also have a liquor store built in the building as well. Whoever decision that was I love you.

  Would give zero stars if I could, employees here are rude and disrespectful. Asked for a Manger multiple times and refused to call one. My disabled sister was laughed at by multiple employees to the point she was in tears. Nothing was done about their mistakes or unacceptable behavior. No apology. Corporate was no help. Constantly transferring to different people and having to start all over. I’m done with all walmarts.

  I have never been more impressed with an employee! Luke on evening shift/pickup went above and beyond to make sure I got my order for Christmas. I went to the wrong Walmart 2 x and he offered to stay late to ensure I got my item. He was extremely friendly and overall,
  Just amazing. As an employer myself, I can not say enough good things about him. He has changed my overall view of Walmart and employees in general! There are truly good people left in this world!
