It had been a lot of years since they had been turned on or off. I did a quick Google search and saw the high rating that was given to Dignity Plumbing. I called and Cortney answered the phone. I explained my problem to her, she gave me a quote over the phone and we set up an appointment for a tech to come to my home today. Antonio was at my house probably an hour after I first spoke to Cortney. I explained the problem, he looked at it and gave me a very reasonable quote which was within the estimate of what Cortney told me. Antonio did an amazing, thorough, fantastic and wonderful job. He was also respectful of my home and my property. It is a gamble to find a decent company just by doing a Google search but I feel like I hit the jackpot in dealing with Dignity Plumbing. Noticed a pipe leaking in our garage this morning. Got in touch with Frank R. who repaired our previous plumbing issue and his responsiveness was amazing. Later in the night the piece came off completely and was flooding the garage into the street and Frank came shortly after we noticed it spraying. He showed up faster than Jimmy John’s AND it was his time off. Great service once again ????
I called Precision Plumbing in order to have a flush/cleaning of my one year old tankless water heater. I spoke with Autumn who was really nice in setting up an appointment as soon as possible. Gilbert arrived at my location and was really nice as well. Service was excellent and Gilbert was extremely knowledgeable about the service that he provided. I appreciated that he praised me in keeping up with yearly services and extra items that we have put in our house to monitor our water system (water leak detector, water softener, etc). I will definitely use Precision Plumbing again for future services. Thank you!
We own a laundromat here in Las Vegas and have used Precision Plumbing on several occasions. David is excellent and is always very helpful. We first had him out when the water heater stopped working and he fixed it for us. More recently, we had another issue with the water heater and it needed replacing. They were quick to get us a replacement and to get it installed. Very responsive, reasonable prices, and excellent service. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend them for your plumbing repairs.
