Everyone from the office to the technicians was totally professional and communicated well throughout the entire job. “The cleanest plumbers in town” is not just something they slapped on the van. Dan and Shawn were surgically clean. They were able to do a total demo and replacement while a tenant was in place there was no dust in the house, no dirty footprints, etc. They did an amazing job even down to small details like saving the sheetrock cut outs to minimize the wall in later. We needed both old toilets replaced & had issues with outside pipe. We were notified when technicians were on their way. They arrived promptly,cleaned the outside drain & installed both new upgrades, quietly & efficiently.
They explained everything in detail, showed us the new results, and did an excellent job. Very professional and worthy of referrals to more customers.
Titans responded quickly to my call for help on a weekend. Julie quickly determined my issue, said she would try to get a technician to respond same day..success!! Tommy & his assistant were great; worked efficiently & solved my plumbing problem immediately. Tommy explained every task he performed & was thorough. Highly recommend this company.
Titanz was an excellent option for repairing our water heater. We called a few places for estimates and Titanz was not only the most affordable, but the technician providing the estimate seemed the most professional of the 3 we called. After agreeing to having Titanz do the repair work they were able to start immediately! A few short hours later and we had hot water again. Highly recommended and will use again

Technician ‘Will’ replaced a shower drain-stopper & a toilet wax ring. Alex came in (with another technician-Matt?) and did an extensive leak-detection investigation. They were all very attentive and knowledgeable. Alex gave me a comprehensive list of “next steps” if today’s repairs do not completely solve the problem. I will definitely use Titanz again for any plumbing issues in my house.
