a year agoWhat can you say about this place? Well, outside of Perfect, Pristine, and simply the best experience I’ve had in EONS, this place is amazing! I’ve traveled all over the world, have stayed in all the different level Star establishments, and it always comes down to Customer Service, Cleanliness, and the atmosphere. This place has it all and more – Simply love small diamonds like this out in the burbs – they don’t happen often, so I’d definitely come here to experience what a true Welcome is like. I will Definitely be back again (and again, and again…)!!!a year agoThis place is AMAZING. I had know idea what I was getting into with this style of lodging. (My wife picked it out) we are newly Weds and what a great place for a washingtonian to cool off and sleep. The decor is new and clean. Literally no complaints. 7 years agoI stayed in the Fierke suite with my wife to celebrate our 13 year wedding anniversary and we loved it! It was the perfect place to spend a quiet and romantic evening alone. The host was very nice and made us a great breakfast the following morning! We loved it and we will definitely be back in the future.6 years agoGreat place with so much character! The terrace room was nice and the sitting room gave extra space. Francesca’s was an amazing dinner. Nice town with a pretty river walk. Steve is a great host and makes a great breakfast.3 years agoStayed here for my wife and i anniversary… its a Gem of a BnB… THE BREAKFAST WAS INSANE! the owner is awesome, we sat and chatted for awhile… the Mansion is Charming and Romantic… we loved that you can stay and walk to all the great places Dundee has to offer.. Great location, quiet neighborhood… if i could i would give it more Stars!7 years agoThe home is gracious and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The proprietor was cordial and friendly, our room was lovely, clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.a year agoI saw an ad online that u can rent it per week I called them Steve answered he confirmed that I can rent it weekly and told me the price will be $180 per week then I drove all the way from Lombard to there then he told me u have to rent three weeks first then weekly.. I needed only a week .. such a poor experience bad customer service they didn’t even wanna fix it by making an exception because there fault.

The staff was extremely rude especially a staff member by the name of Danielle she’s a very hateful woman I will never stay at the Quality Inn again I spent over $2,700 there and at the last day that I was staying there Danielle found herself being very disrespectful and I don’t suggest anybody should stay there not with that staff. So disappointing I had to file a complaint with corporate
I recently stayed here after a long travel and the women working over night… I believe it was Jennifer? She Was so pleasant and helpful also pretty funny the staff was nice as well as the rooms I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
Our room was adequate and clean, generally speaking. The bed was fine, except that the comforter was barely thicker than a sheet so make sure you keep the room warm. The shower, on the other hand, was pathetic. The shower head was clogged so the water spayed out ever which way from half the holes.
As for the breakfast, what a huge disappointment! The eggs were dry and flavorless and, if you can belive this…. they had No salt or pepper!! They also didn’t have any sugar free syrup!
It was a beautiful morning but there is absolutely no where to sit outside to enjoy it.
So, if you don’t plan on taking a shower, sitting outdoors or eating breakfast, the hotel is fine.
Staff was amazing, rooms were clean daily and breakfast was wonderful and fresh. I recommend this place ! Definitely going to reserve again.
Clean room, bed, bath, you have everything you need, AC, fridge , microwave, coffee maker, TV, good breakfast included, I paid 120$ , for example Holliday Inn, and Hampton Inn, across the street cost 150$ / 160$
