4 months agoShots fired in the front yard, turns out this location is in the hood and jacuzzi tub doesn’t work, which was the main reason we chose this location over the others. There were dirty sheets on the sofa bed and the bathroom in the basement is pretty much useless and if you are 5’8″ or taller, you won’t be able to use the antique workout equipment in the basement. I’ll never stay here again and would suggest that you find a different place to stay if you value your life or your family.a year agoSo far so GOOD. It is very COZY. We loved staying at Rosemont B&B cottages in Barkley Cottage. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage was great for our family of 4 with room for everyone to spread out. Wifi and multiple TVs were a hit as well. It was like being at home but better. The provided breakfast in our own kitchen was handy too. The location was nice for visiting sites in Little Rock. Our kids wanted to stay longer, and I wished we could have too.
We would like to thank Susan and other staff for the great personalized service we enjoyed during our 4 night stay in the Treetop one Bedroom . The grounds were beautiful and the weather perfect for sitting out on the deck. Despite being in an area with some busy streets in the daytime, the backyard garden and many shade trees made it relaxing to sit out. The king size bed was very comfortable. The included breakfasts were all delicious, especially the frittata and scones, the waffles and sausages, and parfait and bagels. The frittata came out great. The eggs that were like a custard…(is there a recipe available?) The unit was in very good condition with the exception of the toilet that sometimes ran on unless you jiggle the handle. We are in our late 60s and had no real problem with the stairs leading up to our unit, but if you’re older and/or have mobility issues and will be carrying heavy luggage it might be best to choose a ground floor cottage. Overall a pleasant stay and we hope to return in the future.
I absolutely LOVED my stay at the cottages. I stayed 2 nights in Somerset and 1 night in Hayward. I really enjoyed having a kitchen in Hayward, but Somerset was really all that I needed. Susan and Stacie are the SWEETEST hosts! Very accommodating and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

They think of everything for your comfort. We were traveling with our dog. Very fido friendly. Communication was outstanding. Having breakfast in the room both days made starting the day even better.
Will stay again next time in Little Rock.
Had a lovely week-long stay at the Somerset suite. Susan was able to accommodate my dietary restrictions for breakfast and gave me great recommendations for in-town needs. The room was comfortable with everything one might need for a restful stay. I appreciated the central location – it felt like a great home away from home! Thank you!
