2 months agoWe had my wife’s baby shower here. Very nice,clean, and comfortable one bedroom, with fire place, games indoor and outdoor. Christin was extremely nice and accommodating. She provided free eggs and other snacks and drinks, plus all the comforts of a home in every room. Will definitely stay here again.5 years agoThis is by far one of the best AirBnB properties that I have ever stayed at within the price range. The host is fabulous and amazing at her job. The property is beautiful, serene, and very romantic. The unit comes equipt with everything you need and there is even a guide book with places to see and current activities in the area. The woods around the property seem like something out of a fairytale. I will definitely come back to stay here the next time we are in Tallahassee.6 years agoCozy, on a beautiful property, and quiet. A lovely place with lovely hosts! We especially appreciated the fresh-squeezed tangerine juice from their tree in the backyard with breakfast, and comfortable mattress. Tracey tells you everything you need to know but isn’t suffocating; and my husband and Thom had a nice chat outside in the evening. Wonderful restaurant nearby for dinner, Little Paris. Thank you Tracey and Thom for a great stay!
I really enjoyed going to this bed-and-breakfast! This is the second time we’ve been, and it’s truly a home away from home. The proprietor is sweet and has breakfast to perfection! The rooms have wonderful beds, and you can sit out in the observatory or relax in the breakfast room with a cup of tea. Everything is clean and neat, and very orderly! At this point, I’d rather not stay anywhere else when I go to Tallahassee to visit my son at school. Thank you for making a busy time a bit more restful!
We stayed in the Essex room and was well pleased. The mattress was extremely comfortable. The room and private bath was very clean . The jacuzzi shower was great, especially for our arthritis! Sitting outside on a swing in the front yard was beautiful especially after our long drive. Tracey, our hostess was wonderful. You felt right at home from the time you stepped into the front door. Breakfast was very good also. The Tangerine juice was so good. Thank you Thom and Tracey for sharing your B&B with us! We will definitely come again!!
Such a lovely stay! We were traveling for work, but coming back to the Little English Guesthouse was a treat. Tracey and her husband were wonderful hosts, and the guesthouse was so cozy (and CLEAN!) and peaceful. And lemme tell ya, the tangerine juice needs its own review section- that stuff was A M A Z I N G… made from their own tangerines. ????
The location was close to most of my work, and I didn’t have to go weaving thru downtown Tallahassee to get there!
I loved that it was home-y, clean, affordable (very), and that I was able to support a small business (and meet some sweet people)! The Cochrans run a very home-y but professional guesthouse. Def recommend, and would love to stay again!! ????

The proprietor, Tracey, couldn’t be more sweet and gracious as she ushers you into her safe haven.
Words like quaint, lovely, blessed, personal, secluded, relaxing & cheerful would describe our stay. Tracey has thought of everything that someone might need and she offers it all with a smile! The Continental breakfast was perfect with the delicious muffins and fresh-squeezed tangerine juice. We stayed in the London Room and actually slept later than we intended.
If we travel back through Tallahassee, this will be our home away from home!
