1. Quick stop to buy a dry shirt as I got caught in a rain storm. It was easy to find what I needed. The store is well lit and clean. Didn’t have any contact with staff, so no comment there. Used the self checkout and it was easy and convenient. This is a Walmart Supercentre so if you’re looking for just about anything except the kitchen sink you will probably find it here. Plenty of parking outside. My brief experience here was good.

2. I ordered $160 worth of groceries January 30 they were supposed to be delivered @ 12pm I received a message that the Uber driver delivered them I go to receive them they are no where to be seen. I call customer service they tell me wait till end of day cause the Uber driver can mark them delivered but keep your groceries till they feel like delivering them, I waited still no groceries I call customer services again they tell me again wait till end of day I waited 24hours called customer service again they send my case higher and said someone will contact me within 24 hours by phone or email no one contacted me so I go into Walmart and speak to a manager they ask if I wanna refund or my groceries I say I would like a refund the manger told me they were gonna have Uber take responsibility to refund me and that I will be contacted the next day but never received a call it is now February 14th and I’m still waiting for my refund and or groceries. I’ve ordered groceries many times and this has never happened before very disappointing and will never do it again.

3. Always carts in front of the store parking lot. Some require me to move them, don’t you have someone to put them away.
   The womens bathroom is often smelling bad with tissues thrown around.
   Bread and bagels tend to be squished or damaged in some way. Kid toys have things broken open and not even in the package.

   Some staff members are helpful, while others can be seen chatting in a random aisle together.

4. Found everything I wanted. However, they overcharged me for an item that was in the sale flyer. Tried to get a hold of them and no one from “customer service” answered the phone. Phone corporate and they couldn’t get anyone either – no answer. Told me to go to the store to resolve the problem. No other way to resolve the issue. Extremely disappointed and questioning if I want to ever shop at Walmart if I have to check everything on the bill before I leave the till area and, potentially, hold up the line for other customers.

5. I’m very disappointed to say that overall I have not had a positive experience with the grocery online and delivery service. I understand things happen that go wrong but when these situations heavily outweigh the positive, it gets frustrating. My most recent experience was the worst of the worst. I placed my order for delivery. I tracked the whole process right down to the time the delivery left the store. The little “delivery car” on the map was stuck about 3-4 blocks north of my home. I waited for about an hour and a half because of potential issues ie/car accident etc. I then called customer service who then called the store. The agent gets back on the line to explain the driver could not find my address and took my groceries back to the store! No phone calls or text messages from the driver or the store whatsoever! I then get told the refund will happen automatically on their end.
   Here we sit 5 days later and I can’t initiate the refund because according to the app, the delivery is still in progress!! I call the customer service number who then calls the store only to find out the refund was never issued. Overall, my experience has either been exploding paper bags, extremely delayed deliveries (and the customer pays a pretty hefty delivery fee already) and I have even experienced missing items that apparently were processed and were in the order when it left the store but was not there when I received the grocery order! Sorry Walmart but you really have some homework to do win my confidence back to use online grocery and delivery service again. Please note that everything up to and including the grocery online purchase process is great but it’s what happens after that where things really fall apart. Too many negative issues so for now I have lost confidence! I want things to improve for you so hopefully one day I may be back.
