Ordered a filing cabinet online at Walmart. Quality was extremely bad, so I tried to return it. They were always nice on the phone but no action for taking the product back ever happened. I finally brought it back to the local Walmart in Vernon but after maybe 8 months I am still waiting for a refund that I will likely never get. Worst place to shop online for a bigger item. Never order a furniture item online from Walmart. If you need to send it back, you will never get a refund. Last time I ever ordered something from Walmart!
I actually enjoy going to Walmart but that older female greeter with the dark wavy hair is just a nasty old bag on numerous occasions. I don’t think greeting should be her job, maybe stick her in the back somewhere out of the way so others can enjoy their experience as well.
The store is alright. The electronics department definitely needs better workers as they wouldn’t sell me a product telling me I had to come back with my mother to buy the product(I’m 35) then when I came back argued with me about the product I was trying to buy then got mad and left wouldn’t deal with me as well wouldn’t allow me to check out an item before buying it so I bought it and it wasnt the right one so wouldn’t let me take it back. Also trying to call them is ridiculous I literally spent 1 hour listening to my phone ring cause no one will answer the phone.
Bought a gift card here and it ended up being a fraudulent card. Did absolutely nothing to help rectify the situation and I was basically accused of trying to scam them. I recommended they keep the gift card racks at the front of the store only instead of seasonal and was assured that it couldn’t of been a scam card. Disappointing.
Go to thisWalmart all the time and run into some very nice staff except for the older lady that works in the Self Checkouts. She is a very grumpy person, no personality at all. Should be working behind closed doors. Also as I walk around the store there is a lot of grumbling between staff and the public hears this.
