  1. If I could give this store no starts I would. Worse customer service experience ever today, will be advising the manager. Customer service lacking any retail knowledge whatsoever. I have put up with spoiled produce, empty shelves, staffing shortages, and pricing errors everywhere. However, I am done shopping here after my customer service experience today. The shelf has one product on it with a price and it scans in at a higher price. I go to customer service and explain it scanned at higher price and… wait for it… she scans it again and says that is the price. I explain that is not the price on the shelf, but she was not going to send someone to check the price on the shelf. If I didn’t have an appointment I would have asked for a manager so I returned the products, but will call the manager. I have shopped here for a long time and not sure who the manager is during the last couple of years, but this store and their services are in complete disarray.

  2. So busy store. No carts were not available at front door. All carts were loaded with stuff. Shelves are empty in bedding area. Two two price labels on a single item. Grocery section is confusing . sign boards just on one side in grocery

  3. I am a senior citizen who has mobility issues which slow me down. In order to speed things up I use a mobility cart. As I was going down the aisle towards a cashier the cart came to an abrupt stop. Someone in the Mumford Walmart community intentionally tossed a plastic coat hanger under the cart to sabotage my use of the cart. What type of individual would do that to a senior citizen & why?

  4. WORST employees I ever came across except for one man and I didn’t even have face to face interaction with ANY. Common courtesy for customer service is not something they care about so dont’t expect it! Standing in groups chatting, laughing, etc which is fine but put them in the busiest food aisles and they won’t move for you as a customer! Nor do they apologize for being a statue in the way. Always hated this wal mart, definitely will continue to stay away from it.

  5. This place is a train wreck but Ahmad in electronics is a five star employee. My wife and I picked up 2 new iPhone 14’s phones and he could not have been more knowledgeable, accommodating or professional. Great experience! Thank you.

    We visit this Walmart store quite often, and so far, we have never experienced any major issues. There is always ample self-checkout booths and staffs to help you with if you are stuck with scanning products. They have a lot of household essential products with a very reasonable price. The staffs working at this store are nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

    The veggies here are in bad state . They don’t remove the rotten veggies but let them stay on the racks which makes it a horrible experience to scroll thru the veggies aisle

    Online grocery when you choose delivery is HORRIBLE. Tons of items “not available” because the Instacart driver is too lazy to find them. Somehow there are never substitutions either. Tonight our order never even arrived, not at all. Walmart chat tells me to call Walmart call center. Walmart call center tells me to Instacart (at a not-toll-free phone number in California). Walmart, either get a third party partner that can actually pick groceries can deliver them, or don’t offer delivery.

    1) A mouse 🐁 was running around under the pellets in the fresh food section; told 1 employee, who said “They’re in all the supermarkets” & didn’t care at all (told another employee who did), & 2) Paid for this item, took it home to cook, and basically paid for only half the box. Shrinkflation at its finest. Won’t be buying this again!

    As good of a Walmart as I’ve seen. There is quite a large section of the store devoted to food. They have the typical additional shops in the front of the store, such as a McDonald’s and a large Vision Centre. I visited during a heavy snowfall, so it wasn’t very busy, but the store was very well stocked and tidy. My only complaint is that uncooked meat shouldn’t be bagged with snack foods-my pet peeve!

    My First experience with Walmart was worst ever as i applied for a position as self checkout attendant and after a week a got an interview, after a week again i got a job offer for shelf storage and loading unloading position which I accepted , then they asked me to schedule the orientation which i did, however when i showed up on the day of orientation (taking off from my work) the Walmart lady said we are no more hiring ,we canceled all the orientations, we don’t have any positions available. They don’t even sent me a mail or called me about this, wasting the time of people.

    Was there yesterday cause my son wanted to buy an expensive item in electronics… the lady working behind the counter was acting like she didn’t want to help…. Like it was a huge inconvenience for her…so we ended up going elsewhere…. I should have known better.
