What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Giant revamp the outlet to a better layout i guess.. All items easily to pick as the shelves are not high.. But giant really need to look into the fruits freshness as sometimes found rotten fruits, especially at the grapes area.. Free parking and easy to get parking here.. Many other f & b outlets can be found here such as kfc, subways, secret recipe, etc.. For the pricing, some item are expensive compare to other supermarket.. But for promotions item, price is very2 cheap..

  2. A hypermarket favourite to almost all malaysian. this premise has other business beside Giant hypermarket.

Large parking area and includes parking for the handicap. Sells almost all your needs , food, textiles , home appliance etc.

Service is normal and cost varies depending local or imported items. will be one of my favourite shopping place in many years to come.

  3. Used to be Giant shoppers since they were in Kelana Jaya back in 1994.

Dinosaur Years ago, we moved house to Shah Alam, and Giant Stadium was our choice. Their customer experience was good back then, even tho they don’t have loyalty points compared to other booming competitors. Used to be spacious and comfortable considering their customer journey.

We & other repeated customers still could absorb financially many times their itemizes product promo campaigns price tags and prices in systems were not updated.

Giant 2023, leasing their spaces to bigger partners ( Lazada, DIY,n etc). It is good for business asset utilization.

From customer experience, we/customers do not have enough space when 2 trolleys from opposite directions and the angles to turn right or left are limited as well.

Other than being convenient by having all big partners under one roof, they don’t ve enough counters open. Long queues (waited for 30mins) for payment, another sign of not considering customer journey.

Sadly, in 2023 they no longer offer the service of a sellotaped tray of eggs x 30s

What else to expect, in their effort of cutting costs & off customer experience?

  4. It’s cleaner now. There’s Mr. DIY inside Giant. The frozen food are cheaper than most stores.
At the parking lot, there’s Shine Shine Car Wash, opens till 7.30pm.

Hygienic places. Daily needs can easily found in here. There also have basic electronic appliances sells & basic personal cares. There doesn’t have mussolla since the mussolla just about walking distance which need to cross the road. Recommended to get your daily need in here.

The design and shelving was redone recently by the management making it a more cozy and less cramped place to shop. There is free parking upstairs and also in front of the store. Easy and accessible.

THIS REVIEW IS NOT FOR GIANT. There is a stall inside the building that sells masks. Say it out loud and show your payment to the lady, I was really certain I gave her the correct change but she said it was not enough. She has taken the money and I couldnt see it anymore. I know its only one ringgit, what if it was more and happens to many people. Just be cautious

First time here and parked at the paid parking on L1. Patutla tak byk kereta because from the lift to main entrance kena pusing satu bangunan to the front abt 3 minutes walking. No direct access from upper parking to Giant main entrance. Better park by the side of the road. Kedai pun tak byk, food outlet ada satu fried chicken shop je. Supermarket is ok if you wanna grab some quick groceries but tak sesuai bawak kids and family.

Well its definitely a place for uitm & unisel students to roam around buying their student life necessities . Plus uncle jack chicken are totally to die for esp for a broke freshman lol. Its cheap , fullfilling and affordable for students.

My mom usually do her daily groceries in this place there’s a non halal Chinese restaurant too like lam’s kitchen the food taste delicious ???? but a bit expensive due to my mom budget she usually buy pork in Hank shop for ba kut teh sometimes need to cook or use in soups too sometimes I follow her with my brother and father or usually by her own the ????️???? lot is large enough so no need to worry for cramps plus is free of charge

You get the comfort & choices of items. The local insider trick is to come early 10am to get the fresh items. Last call best come before 950 pm for last minute items because they will close the shutters 10 pm and the staffs are buying the goods at the counter closer to 10 pm. The only downside side you don’t get the full imported items like other same chain outlets in other places like those within KL areas.

Mainly people come here for the supermarket to buy items, usually I come here for imported items that can’t be found at other supermarkets. If you want pastry, breads or baked goods, can get here as well. Added recently area for baking ingredients and utensils. Also can get non-halal item at another separate section to get pork, alcoholic beverages like wine & canned meat. There is a restaurant here called Lam’s Kitchen. Lots of free parking spaces too.

I love this place… Sometimes I can fantasize it’s near the heavens????. People are fairly OK like our other Malaysians. Nice restaurants and other lepak places, pleasing to the eyes as you walk off your breakfast or lunch – great residential area.
