We absolutely recommend this company.6 months agoBeautiful condo in Madeira Beach! Clean and comfortable with two bedrooms and two baths. Freshly painted, with terrace overlooking a channel. Across the street from the gorgeous Madeira Beach, steps to restaurants and bars and within walking distance to John’s Pass shops, restaurants, bars and boardwalk. Looking forward to a return visit!!!!4 months agoThe Airbnb was wonder, it was clean and had everything we needed. One the best is the location. The beach is right across the street. We had a wonderful time!

a week agoStayed here for a night and wish I could have stayed longer! Full kitchen with pots and pans, closet, washer and dryer, and beautiful balcony. I want to live here! Danny and Autumn are extremely friendly and welcoming and staying here makes you feel like you are home 🙂3 weeks agoWe highly recommend the Mint House St. Pete for the quality of rooms, value, location, and service. Though we only stayed for one night, all in our group thought it would be ideal for a longer term stay. The rooms were well-equipped, with a scandi-clean vibe. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent addition to the area!a month agoThe staff and accommodations were excellent. My fiance and I didn’t have any problems at all with anything. Everyone was so friendly as well as the natives of the city. The apt rooms were extremely clean and the location was perfect. We will definitely come here again…and will tell our friends!a month agoStaff were great and attentive, very happy to help with anything. The place itself is lacking. Sparse in color and decorations, lacks personality. It’s also lacking a finished ceiling. All the ceilings are all concrete with exposed pipes and electrical wiring. The place just felt ominous and sterile.Other than that, the place is pretty nice, love that they supply a lot of soaps and detergents. Nice place just need to be decorated and get a finished ceiling.
3 weeks agoNew location & perfect for couple. Small but cozy studio with balcony. There is no parking but you can find one by the street. Or park at Sundial parking for $8 per day & Uber for less than $10. Tons of walking distance places to grab a drink, dinner, or coffee. Not far away from central Ave. I love this place!

Very nice people, great pool and pool area beach is right there and there is plenty to do and eat within walking distance, thanks a ton you guys !!!
Our unit itself was great. The building itself could use some TLC. Hallways need painting and hallway carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. The pool area is pretty and our unit was great. Location was great but did not see anyone working there on location
We stayed for a month and we paid over 3,000 . We met some people out by the pool. They seem ok. The lady said she stays for next to nothing because her niece owns her place.
The next day we were at the pool and had a radio outside set off in the corner by our window and asked everyone at the pool if they were ok with it! Everyone said yes and we played the 70’s…. The lady who pays next to nothing came outside and went to sit down and instead she came over and told us to turn down the music…it was 1pm … I will not rent here anymore.

Disliked the heated pool. It’s always 80+degrees outside day/night and you don’t wanna cool off with a heated pool, you want a chilled/cool pool to jump into! Also, felt/smelled like more chlorine/chemicals needed to be added for up keep. It was giving – luke warm bath water vibes.
