a year agoThis was the most spectacular mini vacation ever – so comfortable, relaxing and totally rewarding in the best way possible! The home is lovely, wonderfully clean and incredibly inviting with all sorts of sweet surprises from cozy, fluffy robes, little wrapped candies next to the beds, wine goblets waiting to be used in the master suites, a vast array of books, colored pencils and crayons, etc. The view of the beautifully manicured compound and lake is spectacular! We kayaked and canoed with the available amenities, congregated and enjoyed conversations on the deck in the evenings, and marveled at the fresh scent and majesty of the Pacific Northwest! Our days passed much too quickly but the priceless memories will certainly last a lifetime! Thank you for all the astounding effort and extras you put into making our visit so incredibly wonderful!a year agoThis place is incredible. Just beautiful! The hosts are so very nice. The view, fantastic. The home, cozier than any place we’ve stayed. We will definitely be back!

Rooms looked clean but incredibly dirty in low visible areas; Vomit under the bed skirt and on the wall behind the nightstand, Old food and food containers in the drawers. The hallways smelled of rotten fish, hall floors were filthy, and trash was left out in halls overnight.
Front desk staff were friendly upon checkin but often not available to request dishes or towels.
I had no issues with my rental car in the parking lot.
Overall, It looks like someone put the effort into the furnishings and decor to make it a nice place but didn’t want to spend the money on staffing it properly to keep it clean and well run.
Almost 5 star in a few categories, but, in an area with some ugliness, and, the rooms are showing signs of heavy use… recommended to bring one’s own detergent for clothes… washers/dryers are $3/cycle…try to talk to the GM Cynthia for the best pricing…also very helpful is Courtney- and, both like their work and have a professional attitude!
It’s a prime location as far as convince goes. It does have good front desk service. The staff is friendly, and efficient. Haven’t had one bad experience with any of the staff. They will make sure to grab you fresh linens, towels and appliances. The parking is coo. The rooms aren’t special, but they’re decent. I’d say overall 4/5.
Mother-in-law reserved a room here. She had a confirmation in hand when she tried to check in, but was told the hotel was fully booked and they would not honor her reservation. To add insult to injury, she was charged two days later for a “no show” and the employees at the hotel and the national customer service line have refused to refund the charge.
The staff were friendly and helpful and gave room options at the counter with the full price stated. This was super helpful. The room was a welcome, nice place to sleep. It did have a few maintenance issues and the walls are thin. Overall a nice option for a stay away from home. The room did have a full sized fridge and kitchen but I did not need to take advantage of this option. There was a nice make and take type breakfast set up in the lobby.
