The lady in front of me said he just skipped right over you didn’t he! I replied yes that’s terrible customer service the manager then says well he’s paying with a card are you ? Actually I am too but was I asked before you began ringing the man behind out. However, I wish some of their prices were a little bit cheaper. I know that the Dollar General already have low prices, so I understand that they probably cannot go any lower so that’s something that I can deal with… Sometimes the Store is disorganized and hard-to-find to find things! However I would say about 70% of the time you can find a Store Associate that can help you find just about anything and everything that you are looking for with great detail and information and very friendly, but the other 30% of Workers are usually very short, sometimes rude, have a very bad attitude and do not want to help! They come across like they do not even want to be working there!!! *N*E*WAYS* I LOVE how they do their seasonal stuff somewhat early so you can get a kick-start and I absolutely love their spring / summer items but, you have to get your summer items especially pool items before they are gone! Fans, pools, beach towels, things of that nature, get it before it’s gone! And in the winter months especially sleds you have to get them as soon as they come out! Get them before they are gone because they go fast … all-in-all I give the store a 4 out of 5 stars and for Customer Service, it depends on the day but I would say probably two to five stars it all depends on who is working there the people that actually love their job and want to be there are the ones that have and get 5 stars each and every time!!! I was racially profiled by the manager of the store and her coworker all because I asked to purchase cellphones. She was rude and nasty. Then she turned at me with a snare look and says ” you know you can’t return these? ” Mind it was cold and snowing. All because I was wearing a black hoodie, she assumed I was there to steal and I shop there all the time. The manager need to be replaced.
Rudest employees I have ever witnessed in a store add a double team me then the second one said I’m sure there’s other stores around here and that’s all she needed to say I went elsewhere and then they kept trying to goad me into an argument which of course I didn’t fall for but worse experience or one of them in my life and the store never go back there again
There’s never any carts or baskets, the aisles are filled with stock to the point t u can’t get through the aisles and it smells bad. The place is absolutely filthy, the staff isn’t particularly friendly and the parking lot is loaded with people that loiter and beg.
Open Late, Close Early, It’s An Inconvenience To The community altogether. The store hours are very inconsistent they never open on time. The store aisle are always crowded. They don’t want to give you cooperates number. This store really sucks. If I could give them NO STARS. They don’t want to hire people so the store can run the way it’s supposed to… This has been going on for almost a year… Not just due to Pandemic
This store is really shameful,don’t get me wrong some of the workers really want to work,but who wants a job with no hours nor any type of consistent management,it’s horrible,never open daily and same time,won’t hire good loyal workers because of background,I tried to help them but they wouldn’t hire me and now I’m about to be a manager at my new job,it’s really sad to see our community suffer because of the laziness of other grown people,wish I could have gave it a -10
