I like the fact that the store is so well stocked with name brand merchandise. However aisles are a bit narrow. But if it doesn’t bother you, then it’s the right place for a treasure hunt.
I have shopped here for years and my last visit was one of my least favorite. Before arriving, I spoke to a customer service representative and she told me I could return a Christmas item and buy it back with a gift card. Rosie the manager told me I could not. Wow! As much money as I have spent with Nordstrom & the rack. To add injury to insult, I called customer support and she told me it was up to the manager’s discretion. I asked her is there a policy and she repeated that it’s up to the manager.
The absolute worst Nordstrom rack ive ever been too! The employees have a stick shoved so far up their behinds! Do not ever shop here! Its gross!! There are much better options such as Macy’s across the street at the mall.
I love the huge selection of extended size shoes. Thought it was kinda sad they had to have a sign on the front door saying No guns allowed ????
Customer service is very poor. The employees are rude when talking to customers and if you are standing close to the fitting rooms while they putting clothing back on the racks, they will just push the racks against you and not even apologize after hitting you.
