To say that every business needs to have customer service, heck, a manager like Codey, is an understatement. Every time we’re at the store, he has personally made sure that we were fully taken care of, he’d make sure all our concerns were addressed. Every time I have felt heard and that he genuinely cared. Once he stayed well past closing time ensuring all my issues were resolved and the next time I was at the store he stopped in the middle of a conference call to personally help me with my ongoing issue which he already knew about. When he learned that we’re a military family and my husband had served in Afghanistan, he went above and beyond to honor my husband’s service. We decided to go to a location that was open and we completed a new order with our Sales Associate Adam. He walked us through everything and was very professional. We appreciated his knowledge and effectiveness. He was quick to get the order complete and get us on our way. We still had the previous order that we placed online to deal with. We needed to get a refund and such. Adam was kind enough to schedule an appointment with us the next day and set time aside for us to be able to get our refund and helped us with other difficulties we were having. Waited over a half hour and gave up. Two employees helping customers with no end in sight. Went to Sagamore Pkwy store and Zach was there alone. No other employees, no customers. He was amazing. Very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He talked me through all the options/considerations/plans etc. Made our choice and committed to new phone. Transfer of data was going to take over an hour so we went shopping and returned later. He told us my phone had died and transfer stopped. He asked me if I’d be comfortable doing it at home. I said yes. Did so and it worked fine. He said he’d be there the next day so I could bring my old phone in and finish up deal. No problem. I went in the next day to find that he had gotten sent to the VMP store and was not available. Talked to another guy there who wasn’t sure at all what he was doing. Finally got it finished up after some mumbling and bumbling I left. My son got an awesome deal on an new iPhone 11 pro with Apple watch. Thank you so much for helping when we couldn’t remember the passwords!! Lol…you were very polite and courteous. You made sure my son and I understood everything about the new purchases we made. You even took the time to print out the return label for the old device. We went to pick up two phones we ordered and the sales rep we were supposed to see was not there and we were helped by Ryan. He was incredible! He was very helpful and polite and was a pleasure to work with. We left with not only the two phones but a new watch, Ipad and all the protection on the phones we needed. Plus a bonus phone for my father-in-law. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service we were given. If you are in need of anything cellular wise go see Ryan on Promenade. He will take great care of you.
I was in this store a few months ago and was treated very poorly. I have autism and have trouble communicating sometimes and the salesman acted like i was bothering him with my issues with my new samsung and wouldn’t help. All i wanted was for someone to fix issues on my new samsung, but the salesman, Tyler Smith, didn’t want to get off his own phone long enough to listen. He told me to wait but my mom, who was with me, told him she had been waiting a long time and that we had only had the phone for 2 days. He told my mom she should watch how she talks to him, and proceeded to go thru the phone to fix it. After only less than a minute, he said he didn’t know what was wrong and that we’d have to “call someone who cares”. Why would someone treat us so rudely? All i wanted was a good phone for school. You should avoid this terrible business!
Tyler Smith is by far the worst kind of employee I’ve heard of and all I have to say is this man is completely disrespectful towards other people handicaps and disabilities and should not be working with people or be in charge of anyone.
The two gentlemen I’ve worked with twice now have names of Jay and Zach. Both times they have helped me and my family to save money and get better services! Thank you for your 5 star treatment!
