What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. They got 4 stars ONLY for customer service in the Garden Department; the employee I remembered most, was a beautiful women (brown skin, ethnicity unimportant) with a smile & laugh that made my entire visit!! Anyways, the plant selection in this location is AMAZING!! From a horticulture student perspective, I was in heaven—I’m a Colorado resident and everything back home is dormant or dead, so it was beautiful to see life AGAIN!!!

  2. Jimmy Smiles was the best! I went into Home Depot a little over an hour before closing and Jimmy helped me in the lumber department. I was almost clueless as to what I needed for the project I was building but Jimmy was so helpful that I figured it all out and left there feeling confident about my project. He was super friendly, greeted me with a smile, and went above and beyond to help me out. Super grateful for him!

  3. Always find a tool or accessory to make life easier. I shop here quite often when in need of finishing a project.

  4. Craig, in the paint department was kind considerate and knowledgeable and helping me with a porch and deck enamel. No reflection on Craig at all, but the porch and deck paint by bear is extremely to hard get even coverage with the texture. I’m convinced the only way to get an even coverage would be to spray it. Craig, thank you very much for your help, and making my day just a little bit brighter, no, a lot brighter. Keep up the good work!

  5. We are doing a major renovation and I have had the greatest experience at this Home Depot. I was initially using another store, but Keesha in the kitchen renovation department gave me pricing that saved me thousands of dollars. And, her customer service is exemplary!!! So good that my contractor called her his sub-contractor. She has given us sound advice about design and materials, and has been on top of finding us everything we need, even going so far as speaking with vendors and getting things that are not usually carried by Home Depot. She also helped me get a line of credit and great financing with Home Depot. And Robert in appliances was excellent in helping me choose and order kitchen and laundry appliances. I honestly can’t rave enough about these people and this store!

Good variety of basic plants both indoors and outdoors vegetations. If you are looking for peperomias, they domt have those here. They do have a huge collection of monstera deliciosas. The home depot in Pearl City is big on Ficus Lyratas. Otherwise, basic plants will be fpund here. Lowe’s is next door which has a few plants but they do have some rare plants there.

this is the worst experience i have had to endure. i was there to pick up a large item that my friend could not fit in her car. i had the receipt and it said, “will call merchandise pick-up.” i went to will call. clerk sitting at the desk responded to her cell phone before she acknowledged me. i handed her the receipt, “special services customer invoice.” after not finding the merchandise near her desk, she called someone. he went to the “garden” area. i stood there for some time without anyone checking back with me to tell me what was going on. finally, i could not wait any longer so i went to the service desk to explain my problem. the person there said that there were a number of the grills outside on display, they just needed the key to unlock them. i could not wait any longer so left. i just got off the phone with the service desk. there were two female employees who did not identify themselves so i do not have their names. they placed me on hold both times after i explained by situation. finally the third person i spoke with identified herself after asking me a number of times who i had spoken with. i asked if i needed to explain myself again. she finally said her name was Gina. i wanted to know whether i could park next to the grill display out front so that they could load one for me. i confirmed that i had the receipt. felt i should share this customer service experience. sorry home depot, you all need to understand what customer service is. it is NOT what you are currently providing.

Fair selection of merchandise for Hawaii, good quality and good prices. We shop here once a month for garden supplies. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. You are free to explore with little interruption.

Don’t waste your time here, go over to Lowe’s across the street! Staff were rude and inconsiderate. I called in to see if they had a product. There was two left online but sometimes they don’t have it. On hold for 15 minutes until they said no one can go look. I drove over and there were 6 employees sitting around taking doing nothing. Then they didn’t have the product.
