- Reviews:I was having an issue when I was signed up for a promotional discount that was not coming through. I was overcharged for 3 months and had previously come in for this issue the first time it happened. I was told that it should adjust next month and when it did I came in again. The manager Tyler listened and let me voice my issues with this recurring issue. He corrected the situation and even told me if the issue comes up again for me to please come back. I made a great choice in switching from T-Mobile to Verizon and the manager Tyler is extremely helpful!By Freedom Evans (a month ago)Terrible terrible terrible. Oh and did I say terrible??? I walked into this store last Sunday and was greeted by Tyler who (told me) that he was the manager. As a former VZW employee I try my hardest not to go into the store for anything because well, they don’t help you. The signal on my 7month old Galaxy 22 Ultra had completely gone out, I figured this was an internal antenna issue or possibly needing a new Sim. I performed all my resets etc before coming in and explained this to Tyler. In true Verzion fashion he said my phone didn’t work because I had a payment arrangement ???????????? not true. So I paid the arrangement (that was not yet due) and phone STILL didn’t work (duh). He activates a new Sim and then asks me if I want home internet (one track mind this guy). Why on EARTH would I want home internet when I’m here for a troubleshooting issue that 100% involves your internet coverage (light bulb real dim). I left after getting the new Sim, problem continued so I came back to order my replacement device (I’m still under warranty btw). He refused my help, told me all he could do was “sell me a phone” (also untrue) so I asked for his district managers information. He told me he didn’t have one ????????????????. BEYOND UNTRUE. He then gave me the phone number to Isaac which is apparently the actual manager. I called, left a message and received NOTHING from Isaac. Here I am in Los Angeles a wk later with the same issue. I was in and out of the store here within 10mins with my replacement phone ordered. So yeah, the store on gateway sucks. Tyler sucks. Isaac sucks. I needed to badly, my phone was no longer fully charging, holding a charge, it would power off on it’s own and sometimes not powering back on. I knew exactly what I was getting just needed to order it. The guy at the door I believe his name was Brandon talked me into ordering it through the my Verizon app, because they had appointments coming in and I could order it though the app pick it up at the store the same day. Had nothing but issues with the app the account is my mother’s so it’s her address on the account in Pollock pines I’m the account manager because I take care of everything for her. Well I couldn’t pick up the phone I wanted because it wasn’t in stock any store near me. I was fine with having it overnight shipped but despite authorizing the change of shipping address it wouldn’t allow me to change the shipping address. I couldn’t get anyone on customer service chat to answer. So I tried changing the color of the phone and changed the gb’s and they had it in stock at the Fairfield store placed the order. Says should be ready in about an hour. Head over there in hour. It’s Brandon at the door again he looks on his computer says the order is still being prepared. I tell him I will wait. He says they are closing it’s 5pm I point out that their posted hours on the door say 6pm. All around horrible customer service. I would have been fine going home without out my order today he could have done his job by saying hey let me go see how close your order is to begin ready rather just looking at a screen. And to the management if your hour have changed, change your signage some of pay attention to things like that and you could have saved me a trip to your store at 455pm when I believed you were opened till 6pm.By Vincent Udell (11 months ago)

Ximena R is the absolute best sales associate I have ever encountered at any Verizon store. She took her time and explained every detail to me (sometimes a few times until I understood). She also went out of her way to be sure I got any discounts that were available to me. I have been with Verizon forever and I can say they just don’t come any better than Ximena! She needs a raise and a promotion asap! Thank you Ximena!
Silvia helped me setup my device ! She was wonderful I’m coming back from now and on she has such a lovely personality and very patient we need more Verizon workers like her .

This was my 3rd upgrade/purchase at this store in the last 2 months. The staff was always welcoming and put our needs/wants first. We will be back for our next upgrade. The staff at this store is excellent in their product knowledge. As long as this location is open we will continue to shop here for our Verizon needs.
