Why would you sell parking spaces for the big e?? Why not concentrate on selling tools and providing a space for your customers to park. I came here the other day before the big e even started and they had it roped off and the lot was a mess. This stores been a constant let down which is a shame because Home Depot is as big if not bigger of a let down.
I had keys made here. Had to go back because they didn’t work. Got new keys and they still didn’t work. Everything else is great there, just don’t have keys made
Generally speaking Rocky’s has everything I’m looking for quickly. The prices are comparable and what you would expect. Most of the staff is good however I found in many visits that staff are somewhat unhelpful.
It’s a small hardware store so it’s easier to find everything that you need in there and they have a Lotta stuff and I find that the people in there are very helpful one time when we went there a while ago, there was somebody that offered to help us with the ceiling that was leaking in our place that we were staying at And he just worked at the place and he offered to do it and he did a good job with the roof patching the roof at our house. I don’t know if they do it anymore but it was really nice that he offered to do that he didn’t work for the store when he did it he just offered to do it and it was nice I’d like to place
Like others here, I went here to use a 20 dollar reward 3 times without success. Here’s the deal: one item I wanted to buy was 70 bucks. BUT when you check out it says 69 dollars so therefore is on sale? That wax the last straw. 20 year customer and resident. Goodbye forever local hardware store.
