Three times I’ve placed an order for pick up for an item, twice open boxes so it’s a specific thing rather than any of a specific product, and the order has been terminated because they didn’t actually have it. They either have wildly inaccurate inventory numbers or they are fine with selling items even after they’ve been purchased.

  2. I had a defective joy con for my Nintendo switch and needed it replaced. The customer service at this location was wonderful and multiple employees helped me out wonderfully. They were polite and allowed me to take my time and transfer my game saves to the new console before leaving the store so that I didn’t lose all of my progress. Sean, Kijana, and Oliver especially were great.

  3. Whenever I stop by to Dimond mall always stop by bestbuy. Never know what’s interesting to buy. Great selection of all electronics. Place is clean and orderly. The customer service is always great and attentive as well. Should check this place out.

  4. I’ve come TWICE to this store to buy a camera and headphones and I was going to spend $600+ while I was there. My bf and I stood there at the camera station and headphone station for 45 minutes and tried to find employees, the only ones we could find were helping an older set of customers and then ignored us when he was done, and the others ignored us. I’m sick of being discriminated against when I am trying to make a big purchase. I’m sick of employees finding it better to ignore customers to talk about drama with other coworkers. At this point I’ll buy elsewhere unless I can’t find a better deal and if I purchase from here, I’ll do a pickup and then maybe someone will help me.

I was there yesterday, right when I came in I requested to speak to someone about getting a cellphone. to then from door guy, but after aleast 30 minutes wait I couldn’t get any help so I was just going around like a lost person. I did not see my name on the screen or so, until some nice worked did noticed and came to ask, I did really feel awkward and shame and depresed after just one time store visit I hope you guys get better customer service you don’t know how hard is to go out and be treated like that.

    This Best Buy location is either seriously understaffed or seriously under-managed. A lot of empty out-of-stock product. Took forever to get help to unlock the item I was buying. When asking for help the first response was “did I ask the door greeter”. Uh yeah, I did. She directed me to here. Now I need it unlocked. “Oh”. Then asking for a second product I was pointed “over that way, by the phones”. When I finally found the item there was only one selection available an 4 other selections were out of stock. I left.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. They should change their name to Worst Buy. We ordered a laptop online the night before Black Friday. We received a notification that the purchase was successful and that we could pick it up between 5am and 10pm. The $1000 was taken out of my bank account immediately. When we arrived to pick the laptop up at 10am, they first told us the laptop was not at the store. We went to see if we would be able to purchase it off the shelf and was then told that the store pickup did actually have the laptop but that we were not allowed to have it. They gave us numerous different stories and kept telling us to be patient. Eventually, we were told that we were not able to pick it up because their system was bogged down from Black Friday and could not verify that we had paid. I find this ridiculous since I have a bank statement showing the money was already taken out of my account. I called corporate and the representative said that their system told them the item was ready and awaiting pickup. We spoke to the general manager of the store, as well as other staff members and no one was able to give us our item. Instead, they simply showed us the laptop box multiple times to prove they had it, but were not able to give it to us. For our troubles, corporate offered a $15 gift card. This represents less than 1% of our purchase and is virtually useless since neither I nor my family or friends will ever purchase from Best Buy ever again, especially this one on Muldoon.

    Sadly, there is a reason people come here then buy online. The service was non existent, spent 15-20 minutes trying to get someone to open a locked case. Had three different employees say they were going to be right back. I walked out empty handed and ordered the same item from Amazon for 25 bucks less. The higher price isn’t a big issue I’d happily paid to get it when I wanted it. But I will not stand around and be ignored and then lied too and then pay more.

    Literally was told 2 different things about my package that was meant to be picked up today! 1st it was not at the location & then I called hours later that it arrived yesterday @11am at the store per their customer service rep! Arrived to the location before closing to see if it was there ready for pick up! But no, nothing was done prior! Y’all need to get your team together and to ensure packages are ready for pickup on the date it was given upon purchase. Do your job!!!!
