  1. Best Buy is always a great time! The employees have always been cool people, so much so that I’ve wanted to work here!

    During my last visit I was greeted at the door by an employee who asked me what I was looking for today. You just don’t get that level of customer service these days… Except at Best Buy!

    It’s always my first stop for video games, movies and tech stuff (they have ALL the cables and adapters!!)

  2. I had the pleasure of having Ayman at store #569 in Warwick, RI working on my vehicle. My appointment was right at 4pm and was scheduled for only 1 hour. Apparently there were many issues that arose, and he ended up having to take 2.5 hours to work on my car. I felt bad since he was due to get off at 5pm. He reassured me it was not a big deal and felt it was more important to diagnose and fix my car starter issues. He knew I had drove an hour to that appointment, even though there is a Best Buy down the road from me. He even hooked me up with added features that came with the starter that the Waterford, CT Best Buy had never even took time out to talk to me about. Not only was Ayman kind and courteous, but ALL the employees at this store were phenomenal. They mad sure I was well taken care of and the care they took of the store, even blowing the leaves from the front of the building to make the appearance for presentable (nothing you would see in Waterford, CT). The employees at store #569 made my whole experience so great that I could of stayed there all day and hung out in the Magnolia theater. I highly recommend store #569 to ALL my family and friends. I truly look forward to returning to Best Buy in Warwick again for ALL my technical needs. I would rather drive an hour away to Warwick, RI any day of the week, then to return to Waterford, CT Best Buy where thee employee moral is TRASH!!!

  3. Just wanted to give a shout out to the staff working this store for Black Friday! Came in to browse monitors and although the place was mobbed with shoppers, every worker we encountered was friendly and helpful. Actually since we were only browsing we didn’t ask anyone for help, but several workers proactively came over to us to ask if we needed anything, which was impressive for how busy it was in there. And no one seemed stressed or harried, everything seemed to be running really smoothly and organized, which makes me think management was on top of things. That has not always been my experience with this location in the past, and of course it is rough out there for retail workers, especially in today’s labor market, so I really want to commend the staff for their great work under tough circumstances. I see you and commend you!

  4. My review is not pertaining to the store itself, but their products. Specifically, the Best Buy Brand Insignia™ – 24″ Class F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV. I left an official review too soon after purchase that I now cannot change, but I also cannot bite my tongue after months of being able to use only the PBS app, because literally none of the other apps work.

    Best Buy produces garbage televisions designed to fail after a year apparently. I can open all of the apps, but every single time I click on anything to actually watch, I get an error saying, “Sorry, this title is not currently available” for EVERY SINGLE TITLE on HBO, Hulu, and Netflix. I can log in and watch these apps from any and every other device I’ve tried, but this Insignia (Best Buy’s brand) tv is an utter and complete waste of money unless you like and can afford to replace your tv every single year, if not more often. Buyer beware Best Buy technology.

  5. A nice, large and well-maintained Best Buy with plenty of display units for so many types of electronics. The Mangiola home theater section in the back of the store is really cool and a nice place to stop by if you are seriously looking to upgrade your living room to something extraordinary. Otherwise, it’s a Best Buy so if you have been to one, you probably know what to expect!

    I love Best Buy and I have been a frequent customer faithfully since the early 2000’s and I am dedicated and even sometimes visit just to browse. This review and for this store but mostly for the exemplary service I received from the Geek Squad crew that came out from this store to install my TV and set it up. Not only were these guys the most professional and above and beyond technicians I have ever seen, they not only white glove delivered this 77 inch Sony OLED, they hung it in the way I requested, used an even better mount saving me money on the mount I bought, and tuned and set the TV up to specifications and taught me a few things along the way. This was probably one of the better Best Buy experiences I have seen and the new Total Tech program seems to be working and is worth every penny. What an excellent experience.

    As for the store, this is my go to store for not only the size of the store, but the constant inventory this store has of all sorts of electronics and appliances. Plus its a well laid out store, their are plenty of staff to answer questions and the service is always excellent. Good job Best Buy and I am glad I am still a customer.

    3 star review solely for the fact that their parking lot is a disaster. Getting in and out of there even during a slightly busier time, you will be waiting an hour to get. Aside from that, they were super fast to bring out my curbside order. It took way less time to get my order than it did to get in, park in a spot, and get out of the parking spot and lot. My advice, going during weird hours or off season times, and you will be fine.

    The staff at this specific best buy are absolutely great! I was having issues with my laptop and within 5 minutes they were able to figure out what was going on. More than pleased with the service and I will always come back for any of my electronic needs!

    BEST BUY HAS DONE IT AGAIN! Second serious problem in two months. Bought a dvd online from Best Buy. We have Geek Squad coverage that pays for installation. When we received DVD we called local store and we’re advised that online purchases were not eligible for coverage. Advised by ZACK that we had to return DVD and repurchase in the store. We did this and item was installed. Best Buy bill charges for two DVDs – no credit for return. Spoke at length with Best Buy who advised that we would receive credit but might take 30-60 days. Now receiving calls from credit card for payment. Likely we will cancel this account. Their products and installations are good but billing is atrocious!

    I purchased a new automatic car starter on sale at best buy and had it installed here. To my surprise the young gentleman that greeted me at the door was so thorough and knowledgeable ..he explained everything that would be done..checked out the car and then told me it would take about 3 hours to complete the job. I had some shopping to do so I went into rhe store, browsed around for a bit then sat in the area with sofas and televisions. I was there for about 20 minutes and they texted me that my car was done..in less than 2 hours! The car worked perfectly, the young man explained if I had questions or concerns to just call them. Would definitely never hesitate to have technical equipment installed in my car again!

    Sold me a 750w PSU that was no good. Not just no good, but had already previously exploded before ever plugging it into my system. Was wrapped up and presented like brand new. Could be an issue with quality control at Corsair, so I don’t want to place too much blame on best buy here. But needless to say I wasn’t thrilled with this. The return/exchange was easy enough though.

    Wish i could say i had a good experience but i did not.

    I purchased a samsung s22 ultra a good 6 months ago and broke the screen. No biggie i have the geek squad protection and one would think this should be an easy ordeal to settle.

    Apparently not! They immediately try and upcharge for a 3 day mail-in phone replacement (which normal carriers do, next day, without the upcharge as a standard model of business in terms of warranty swap/repair) for double the price of the standard deductible.

    Then proceed to tell me that regardless of having their “premium protection ” wait times for repair are over a month long. So at this point i have to keep paying insurance on an already broken phone in hopes that they may be able to do a simple screen replacement in under 30 days. Mind you, i run my business from my phone and absolutely need it (the reason for buying the protection plan) The clerk then proceeds to tell me i would need to travel a good hour and a half to a different store for the repair, without even looking up any actual local stores. 0% effort , 0% customer service ( i found another location myself within 20 min and got an appointment same day with waaaay better service and attitude toward the customer (kudos N.Dartmouth)..

    Next time i will stick to my phone carrier’s regular lineup of handsets and not deal with horrible service and bad gimmicks and month long repair times.

    There is no excuse for charging well over 1k for a product and then giving your customers a hard time for using the paid warranty. Teach these young kids working that customers are important to a business before the business becomes unimportant to the customer.

    I still hit Best Buy all the time. It’s the last of the retail stores with a real selection, where you can see, touch, try the electronics before buying. Also I highly recommend seeing Eric S in the North Attleboro store in that Pacific Kitchen area because he’s gone above and beyond for my friends and I while buying our appliances. Also seek out Paulie in home theater if you want real advice on speakers and home hifi. He’s the man.
