Worst experience, doctor was impatient and brush off additional enquiries. Less than 5 mins in the consultation room and before I could finish asking questions, he directed me to go outside and wait for medicine and it was not a busy day, no patient waiting after me. Medicine that was prescribed doesn’t help in recovery at all yet there was side effect. Not coming back here anymore. Price is doubled from pre-covid time yet I have to stop the medication due to unsuitability. Went to see another doctor few days later, recovered within 3 days.By May Jen (8 months ago)One of my trusted clinics in Ara Damansara. Dr. Goh is very experienced, helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. But what I experienced last week at Klinik Central disappointed me. The front desk Chinese lady was rude. She seemed impatient, especially when customers asked questions. I am talking about 1-2 simple questions, and mind you; I am not even a difficult person. I prefer speaking to the Malay lady at the counter who knows how to respect customers rather than this arrogant Chinese lady. Customer service is essential. Dr. Goh should consider assigning a more experienced staff to man the front counter, especially who know how to respect customers. While I highly respect Dr. Goh and am very thankful for her fantastic service, the Chinese lady at the front desk made me think twice about returning to Klinik Central.By Ben (9 months ago)

Not here for MC. I had bad cough and sore throat. Rapid test showed negative on covid. Therefore went to see doctor to look for an efficient healing way, but visiting doctor ‘during’ covid season seem extra because you are not allowed to take off your face mask, which means the doctors will not check on your throat / tongue. Doctor gave common advises which I can obtain from Google, told me they don’t have a test kit for Influenza when I said I suspect myself. Forgot to mention, doctor arrived at 8.45am, I was there at 8.15am.
Receptionist and staff are friendly.
Staff were very friendly especially Pamespari 🙂 I liked the radiologist too..sadly I didn’t get her name. She was stern but can tell she’s kind. Overall the experience was good ????

Came here for company assigned medical check up. Was shocked there were many others who were waiting to do the same. Was dreading the waiting time. However to my surprise, things move rather quick. The nurses around were very efficient and good at what they do. Dr Abu was very professional, gentle and informative. Definitely recommend this clinic!
Update : Just checked with the company, they have already received the soft copy medical report sent by the clinic within 15 mins.
Doing medical check up as a first timer, everyone is really nice especially the Dr! Facility is quite old, but the clinic is in a good maintenance.
