Would not recommend rentals there. we had defective equipment that took an additional 4 days to get the equipment unstuck from our pipes. we called the rental department several times for help and they “checked youtube” which wasn’t help at all. They ended up charging us $600+ $100 deposit because we had issues with the machine. now we are out over $700+ and still don’t have our pipe issues fixed. Very disappointed in the rental department

Sitting in line at the rental section with the manager running it. Absolute terrible service. Argumentative with every customer. Absolute pain. Won’t give GM information. People leaving behind me. Use a different store. She’s now saying “the customers are coming at me”
Great selection of plants and all the things you need for your garden. Grab a cart before heading to the garden section because they don’t keep any over there. They have a self checkout option outside which is a huge time saver.
Inside is great. The paint counter is always really fast and they help you make a selection if you don’t know what kind of paint to get for a project.
While the kitchen/tile, department rates a 10 in terms of service, knowledge and and problem solving the overall store customer service is lacking. We were supposed to receive a phone call when our tile was ready. Customer service claimed they did call…if so it was from a random number and no voicemail left. We did receive a voice mail 30 plus days saying to come get our tile or it will be returned due to being over 30 days in storage. We went to pick it up. Customer service at first couldn’t find it but then di after putting out an ALL call for “Bob”. So Bob from plumbing shows up with WHAT???
This is not the first time customer service has been lacking in capability. It has been more times than not for us. My suggestion: Get service people who know how to serve and problem solve. Again love the people in kitchen and tile! They are too notch!
