1. After vowing that I would never go to this location again, because of the very rude supervisor. She seemed very racist and that she didn’t want to be in the store. Yesterday night I had to go there and get screws, I talked and worked with an employee named Matthew. He was off shift and still took the time to help me. He helped me for one hour after his shift and told me come back if I had any issues. Richard helped me to day and he was wonderful. He went above and beyond and made sure that I got the items I needed. He also explained that many of the home depots are going through shortages of employees. He says that we should give the Home Depots some time to find better and nicer employees.

I would have given a lower rating if not for the guy who helped me after this rude little midget that couldn’t make his way outta a wet bag tried to and was extremely rude and no help at all… so went and found another employee that instead of just giving me the runaround explained that I need to order it online first and I could pick it up in the store

3. Allah was a great help to me and he was a great person with awesome character. Excellent customer service and he even walked me to the item I couldn’t find. Simple and great, that’s all !!!

4. Shopping at Home Depot has been a truly inspiring and empowering experience for my family and me. We have always been impressed by the highly professional, efficient, reliable, and effective employees who make us feel welcome and at home every time we visit.

   However, it is the remarkable customer service provided by one particular employee that has left an indelible mark on us – David. We have never come across a man who loves his customers as much as David does. His grace and patience are simply remarkable, and he goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer leaves the store feeling satisfied and happy.

5. I usually look forward to going to Home Depot when I’m working on an exciting home improvement/update project and it’s not a crises ( ex. broken hot water heater etc.). The customer service at this location is a “ hit or miss”. Occasionally, I run into a rude floor representative. However, most of the representatives “ try” to be helpful and are pleasant. Your best bet is to be a bit knowledgeable, regarding your needs prior to going into the store, in order to have an overall “best” experience. Great customer service and thorough knowledge base in most industries, are rare these days.
