The salmon wasn’t great, it had a strong fishy taste to it, which throws me off when I eat salmon. Also the pepper steak tasted like beef jerky and it was very chewy. The staff is not friendly. The manager is even worse. The managers just sit at table near the bar area doing nothing to keep the restaurant moving. The timing of the kitchen is messed up. Soup comes after entrees and today the apps came at the same time as the entree. I politely stopped the manager who seamed like I was inconveniencing him. At no point did I want anything for free but he could if at least offered to remake the entree giving me time to eat the app. Changs corporate if you are wondering why this location doesn’t do well you should send secret diners in to see the terrible experience. - Reviews:Ordered the 2-item combo plates for take out. Had to wait for the String Bean Chicken to be cooked and that was fine. They asked me to pay first, that was fine, done that before. After waiting a while I was informed that the dish will no longer available. I specifically wanted that so I just simply asked for a refund. My request for refund was declined since apparently they could not give refunds. The only option I was given is to pick something else. There were only 4-5 dishes available and I liked none of those. I am okay with unavailability of certain menu, totally understand. But the appropriate thing would be to notify me the dish in unavailable before asking me to pay with no refund options. I don’t appreciate being asked to pay and then forced to pick something I dislike. First upon arriving and the person behind the corner was really hard to understand. I informed them I want one entree and a side. I also showed them the card to get a free meal. She played a large entree, which I thought was weird for the free entree and added extra meat. I get to the cash register and the cashier informs me that the free meal is for a kids meal. I informed her I told them serving the food and she said the gentleman helping was new ( what about the main woman assisting me?) I could have told them to put the large entree back but I figured what the heck I’ll eat some since I didn’t order anything for myself..So the cashier tried to scan the card but it was not scanning so I assume the person that came over (Asian decent) was the manager. He tried to scan it and then told me I couldn’t use the card cause it said on the bottom of the card to order online or using the Panda Express app. I explained to him no where on the card did it say “Only use online or on the app”. Actually in the fine print, it says “Valid only at participating locations in-store and via Panda Express website and app”. We went back and forth about this, like he can not comprehend. Until I decided to not get the kid entree. However I got the rest of the food and realize they charged me for extra meat I didn’t request. I have never experienced such a thing in all my times of going to fast food restaurants. Oh and offered to give me the drink, which I found that to be funny. The drunken noodles were good. Not the best I’ve had but I was happy to eat it. The reason I gave it 5 stars is because if the SS8 Pad Ma Kher. I’m not a huge fan of eggplant but that dish was amazing. The flavor was so good. The quantity was a little less for the price but the quality was there
Overall, it’s an adorable place. My only concern is about the hygiene in the restaurant. I really hate to be served with a hand with very tall nails ????. It’s something unacceptable. But my server, unfortunately , was with a very tall nails.
Even when he brought the crackles to me, I imagined that he touched them with his hand without gloves.
Hope to fix this issue soon because your food is awesome, guys.
Nice thai food blended with indian spices. The appetizers were great. The philly roll sushi is the best I have tried in the area.
Update: We recently had dinner here and the food is still delicious but they now add 18% gratuity to the bill without asking. This is ridiculous.
I must tell you people go eat there if you want anything thia food sushi bar best food best service best waitress in your food is cook really fast and bring tea on the table. Wow, the taste is amazing. God bless this restaurant Asta is happy oh
Best Thai food around! The quality and quantity is always the same, perfect! Massive portions and they never get my order wrong. Everyone is friendly, polite, and the service is fast and professional. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.
